WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I have NEVER dealt with such a horrible dealership in my entire life! They had 4000 in HIDDEN dealership fees including a “experience fee” for my “ama I have NEVER dealt with such a horrible dealership in my entire life! They had 4000 in HIDDEN dealership fees including a “experience fee” for my “amazing” experience there. TJ finance was so pushy when I wanted to go through my credit union and made me feel like crap because I had to make him do “extra paperwork”. He ended up putting the loan through the there financing AND my credit union! I called and they said they don’t know if they can cancel because it’s “a lot of paperwork “. It doesn’t stop there Peter Valdez(doesn’t work there anymore), was telling me and quoting me 12k for my car trade in by voice yet had me sign for 11k and not telling me the change . I called my credit union trying to get everything squared away and they said this is the 2nd time this week that the exact same thing happened with this dealership ! DO URSELF A FAVOR AND DONT COME HERE !!! More
Shady used car salesmen- buyer beware! Luis (Gen Mgr), Eddie (Mgr), and Raddy (salesman) are all sleezy. They lie and will tell you anything to make a sale. They knew that the transmission Luis (Gen Mgr), Eddie (Mgr), and Raddy (salesman) are all sleezy. They lie and will tell you anything to make a sale. They knew that the transmission was bad on the car they sold me. When I called back a week later they acted as if I didn’t even exist. They would not return any of my calls kept ignoring me. When I finally got ahold of Luis, the Gen Mgr, he said why did I you wait so long to call. I was duped by them when they knowingly sold me a car with a bad transmission and they left me holding the repair bill. Once they sold the car they wanted nothing more to do with me. No customer service after the sale. You have been warned! More

Worst Experience Ever! I purchased a vehicle here a month ago. The buying experience was horrendous and the issues never really resolved. The GM never reached out to me. He I purchased a vehicle here a month ago. The buying experience was horrendous and the issues never really resolved. The GM never reached out to me. He kept having Felton, the sales man call me. This led absolutely nowhere. A few days after I left with a car that isn't necessarily what I wanted, I realized that I had inadvertantly left my mailbox key on the keyring for the car I traded in. Felton never called back, I wasn't making him a commission so a callback became unnecessary. Then a Mr. SINCLAIR (sp) called me a few days ago to ask about my buying experience. I began telling him the story, he assured me he would call back and asked for my email address. It didnt take me long to figure out he took me off the survey list and never intended to call me back. I will share this with everyone who will listen! Your service is horrible! Your communication is awful! It cost me a lot of money to get another mailbox key, just because your staff couldn't be bothered! Shame on all of you! More

Hyundai has Very poor quality control. Ac of my Elentra 2018 stopped working after 8 days of purchasing although it was zero. Bryan May was outstanding in service! Hi, my name is Rachel and I went to Hyundai WPB today, 8/22/2018, for car service. I had called 2 days ago to schedule this appt. When I called, I sai Hi, my name is Rachel and I went to Hyundai WPB today, 8/22/2018, for car service. I had called 2 days ago to schedule this appt. When I called, I said I will take any service advisor that can take me at the time of the appt. When I pulled up and parked, an employee greeted me, then told me a service advisor would come see me. Bryan May walked up to me and introduced himself, and I explained to him I was here for an oil change and possibly needed 2 tires, but to please come see me and discuss prices before doing any tires because I am a teacher and I have a tight budget. Also, there was a problem the last time I came in with my VIN number. I think 2 Vin’s were under my name for the same car so it was confusing to see my service history. He went into the computer and deleted the wrong vin and got it all fixed. He not only did exactly as I requested, but provided a service exceeding my expectation by giving me a discount on the oil change and explaining that my tires will actually be ok until my next oil change (3000 more miles). This was outstanding to me because I have seen other service advisors at different service centers that would have tried to push the tire job on me (in this situation) for the money. Bryan was so understanding and truly met my needs as a customer today. To the service manager- Please know that Bryan put forth exceptional effort to exceed my needs and left me as a happy customer. You have a great, hard working, empathetic, and caring employee in Bryan. I plan to always see Bryan when I return back to WPB Hyundai service, and I highly recommend him. More
