Avoid the service dept, seems like they are trained to sell The service dept is bad. They don't check the service history on the car or even check the car to see if it needs what they are selling. I had brand new wipers and tires installed elsewhere, and they said I needed new wipers and an alignment. The car was aligned when I had new tires installed. They didn't bother to even check. When I was there I heard a customer complain about the techs using his cars to goto McDonald's, because he found trash in the passenger seat. Hyundai is a great brand but Napleton seems to ruin it.
