This dealer has attractive pricing online which is to be expected. Got to the dealership, looked at a vehicle listed for $13k and watched that number turn into $19k after some Guy in a tie showed me the worksheet, it was a laughable moment and disappointing one all in the same and if you don't believe me or just want to get a laugh please do visit and review the dealership. I have been to multiple dealerships, and the best title gimmick fee goes to this dealership for sure as they listed it "Napleton Experience" fee which was over $1300. Regardless of your financial situation, whether you can finance any car at the best rate and have cash included, DONT PAY the fees as its just bogus. Dealerships here in Florida have some serious ethical business practice issues. More

The dealership never informed that the car was keyed (scratched on purpose with a key) on the front doors and bumper. I didn't noticed it during my inspection since the scratches where hidden with touch-up paint. The car wheels were supposed to be aligned since they put new tires. The car was pulling to the right and desided to bring the car one week after purchase to see what is going on. They inspected it and said that everything was good. I still had the issue. I desided to go to a Kia dealership and they found that the alignment was off. I was present during the inspection. I honestly believe that the dealership doesn't care about honesty and telling the customer up front is there any issues. The least that you can do is make it right. I don't recommend them More

Management does not understand "Customer Service" Do not purchase a vehicle here. My daughter and I went to trade in her vehicle and purchase a new Hyundai. Upon working the deal, the manager (Edd Do not purchase a vehicle here. My daughter and I went to trade in her vehicle and purchase a new Hyundai. Upon working the deal, the manager (Eddie) offered 1/2 the book value for her trade. They then produced a Carfax report that had a clearly obvious issue. Whether the issue was a clerical error or larger situation, the manager failed to appreciate the position we were in. When asked to assist us in working out the problem with Carfax, the management focused on the "deal" they were offering, completely dismissing the Carfax error that was changing the deal by thousands of dollars. They blew us out of the doors, not even remotely attempting to work with serious buyers. Then, when contacted after the weekend, they continued to be belligerent and combative, insisting that despite being part of a large auto group, they had absolutely no influence with Carfax. Incidentally, the dealership that sold us the first car was also contacted regarding the Carfax report after this embarrassing episode. Their management team immediately took ownership of the issue and offered (without prompt) to contact Carfax and work to figure out how/why the error was made and how to rectify it. That is how you handle customer service. More

If you are buying a car, I will definitely recommend Napleton's West Palm Beach Hyundai. Buying a car should be an exciting and happy day experience, and that was exactly how we felt today. My sales person Mr. Jonathan Martinez was the first person who helped us, and I can say all the best about him. He was just the way I like one car sales person to be - Knowledgeable about the product, patient, super nice and respectful. The second person we met was Jonathan's Manager, Mr.Logan Meade. Very nice and calm young gentlemen, who helped on closing the deal. And the third person was the Finance Manager, Mr. Sean Traxsler, very patient gentlemen who made sure that I got the best possible finance. He answered all my questions, and made sure that I have a full understanding of the car purchase deal. We left the dealership very happy.
