Classic Bait and Switch Operation I experienced a classic bait and switch operation. Autotrader showed a price of $1,000 cheaper than the price of the same vehicle on their website. T I experienced a classic bait and switch operation. Autotrader showed a price of $1,000 cheaper than the price of the same vehicle on their website. They said they would honor the Autotrader price and confirmed that the 3 cars I was interested in were on site and would be held for me for a few hours. I arrived early at the dealership and found that 2 of the three cars were sold. OK, understandable, it's business. I decided to buy the 3rd vehicle. Not only did they not honor the Autotrader price, there was a "certification" fee of $1800, and another fee of $200, resulting in a $3,000 increase in the price. This was in addition to their dealer fee of $900. You might want to factor these fees into the cost of the vehicle before you make the trip. I traveled 2.5 hours because I thought the prices were amazing. With the fees their price is actually about $2,000 higher than competitive pricing. Went home empty handed :( More
Put my life at risk I left poor feedback after a service appointment last month and received an email from Mike Clancy that he would call me. I never received a call. That service included a tire rotation. 3 weeks later, I hear a knocking sound from my tire. I can't see anything in the tire and it's not losing air pressure. The following weekend, I take it to Tire Kingdom to see if they see anything. They notice that 3 lug nuts are missing. What I was hearing was the wheel literally knocking around on 2 lug nuts. Hyundai service had not tightened the nuts. I had been driving on 95 and that wheel could have flown off. I immediately went to Hyundai for the nuts. What should have taken a few minutes and I was there for 45 minutes. I was told they would have the service manager call me. He didn't. I emailed him and received no response. Pure endangerment. No refund, no apology, nothing. These people should be out of business! More
Nick Khaytin was the sales rep who showed us the car - a Genesis G70. He was absolutely fantastic. Great product knowledge, outgoing personality, and a "can do" attitude. Unfortunately, he was let down by his management, who failed to give him the back up he has a right to expect. Consequently, we bought the car elsewhere, but felt quite badly doing so. Net, net...... Nick gets five stars, but the dealership only three. As an aside, I've had my cars serviced at Napleton West Palm for nearly four years, and would comfortably give a five star rating to the service department, as well. Fred Uzarski is also a fantastic asset for the dealership. More
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I have NEVER dealt with such a horrible dealership in my entire life! They had 4000 in HIDDEN dealership fees including a “experience fee” for my “ama I have NEVER dealt with such a horrible dealership in my entire life! TJ finance was so pushy when I wanted to go through my credit union and made me feel like crap because I had to make him do “extra paperwork”. He ended up putting the loan through the there financing AND my credit union! I called and they said they don’t know if they can cancel because it’s “a lot of paperwork “. It doesn’t stop there Peter Valdez(doesn’t work there anymore), was telling me and quoting me 12k for my car trade in by voice yet had me sign for 11k and not telling me the change . I called my credit union trying to get everything squared away and they said this is the 2nd time this week that the exact same thing happened with this dealership ! DO URSELF A FAVOR AND DONT COME HERE !!! More

Shady used car salesmen- buyer beware! Luis (Gen Mgr), Eddie (Mgr), and Raddy (salesman) are all sleezy. They lie and will tell you anything to make a sale. They knew that the transmission Luis (Gen Mgr), Eddie (Mgr), and Raddy (salesman) are all sleezy. They lie and will tell you anything to make a sale. They knew that the transmission was bad on the car they sold me. When I called back a week later they acted as if I didn’t even exist. They would not return any of my calls kept ignoring me. When I finally got ahold of Luis, the Gen Mgr, he said why did I you wait so long to call. I was duped by them when they knowingly sold me a car with a bad transmission and they left me holding the repair bill. Once they sold the car they wanted nothing more to do with me. No customer service after the sale. You have been warned! More

Worst Experience Ever! I purchased a vehicle here a month ago. The buying experience was horrendous and the issues never really resolved. The GM never reached out to me. This led absolutely nowhere. A few days after I left with a car that isn't necessarily what I wanted, I realized that I had inadvertantly left my mailbox key on the keyring for the car I traded in. Felton never called back, I wasn't making him a commission so a callback became unnecessary. Then a Mr. SINCLAIR (sp) called me a few days ago to ask about my buying experience. I began telling him the story, he assured me he would call back and asked for my email address. It didnt take me long to figure out he took me off the survey list and never intended to call me back. I will share this with everyone who will listen! Your service is horrible! Your communication is awful! It cost me a lot of money to get another mailbox key, just because your staff couldn't be bothered! Shame on all of you! More
