I've been in the market for a minivan for several months and actively looking the past 4 months. I'm a patient shopper and never rush a purchase. My first and most recent visit to Napleton was the most rewarding. I was super pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service provided by CJ my salesperson who, from first contact to closing the deal, was very informative and communicative. His diligence in answering all my questions and attention to my needs made it possible for me to finally purchase a vehicle. All the boxes were checked and CJ ensured the vehicle was prepped and delivery met my "high" expectation. This was by far one of my best car-buying experiences, beginning with CJ and ending with the amicable finance manager. Thanks again for a great experience! More

I made an appointment for service. AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I sat in the line for 30 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Then I was told 2 1/2 - 3 hours for AN OIL CHANGE. What is the purpose of an appointm sat in the line for 30 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Then I was told 2 1/2 - 3 hours for AN OIL CHANGE. What is the purpose of an appointment?
