Hands down the best experience I have ever had getting a vehicle!!!! I was so nervous and they all made me feel at ease. The careful, quality, positive experience every person wants when making such a big decision like this. BRIAN EAGLESTON is such an understanding, kind, patient sales associate! I walked in looking lost and he found me! Definitely a class act! GABRIEL ESCOBAR the moment I sat down with him he made me feel at home! Eased my nerves and talked to me straight, no fluff! Knew the SUV I was looking for and wasted no time getting it for me! SEAN TRAXLER this guy is a wizard!!!! Very thorough, he gave helpful tips and trust me I wrote them all down! He knew how to make sure I left with a payment that was worth it!!! Cant wait for my Xzilon application!!! I have your cards and I will be recommending the dream team! Thank you thank you!!! There is No haggling "Right vs. Wrong" I read reviews and I wouldn't discount anyone's perspective, but my experience ended up amazing! I was interested in a used vehicle, and found one online and called in. My call was taken by someone in the internet marketing department. I would rate that experience a little below satisfactory (C- maybe), but I understand they are tasked to get butts in the seat! I made the appointment with the intention to buy! I drove in from the Jax area. My drive was delayed because of a Highway shutdown and I called the dealership (Genesis of West Palm Beach) and informed Raiddy that I was running behind but he agreed to wait no problem. When I arrived it was dark, and while walking around the car I noticed a couple of areas of concern. It was a good chance the deal would have to go down the following day because I could not be as thorough as I would have liked in the dark. It was obvious these issues needed addressing, but what was impressive was that Raiddy pointed them out before I saw them. Because I came so far I still wanted to test drive it! The Car was sound! It is a 2017 Genesis G80 and it is the real deal!! I just won't take possession with concerns no matter how far or short of a distance I had to drive. The rating I mentioned regarding the internet sales was brought to the managers attention (Jeff), and he offered to offset me somehow for how that inconvenience me. I mention this because there are so many reviews that don't mention the compassion these folks have for us (my sales guy Raiddy even bought me lunch the next day as a friendly gesture). I never noticed but folks at these dealership spend a lot of hours daily trying to serve us. I saw firsthand two customers being RUDE and demanding! I couldn't imagine the stories these Napleton Genesis folks could write about their customer's rude antics. Anyways day 2, I come back to the store and notice we other issues that need addressing. They are minor but deal breakers. Just so happens the Manager the from the night before (Jeff Johnson) and the stores GM (Chris Layton) approached me and insisted on getting involved in making my experience GREAT! I have bought some cars in my day, and have been pacified with smiles and handshakes that were insincere. A GM in Atlanta (she has represented a couple of brands), she and I still play in golf tournaments together. My point is that she earned my endorsement because she is always sincere about customer service and referrals. Any ever dealership her team exemplified a BLUE COLLAR work ethic to earn my business and as a result my sister, father, brother and neighbor have all brought from her stores). In every instance they received a BEST IN CLASS attitude towards service. This Napleton Genesis mirrors that! The GM and staff are assembling a team that will be worthy of great reviews. Genesis are not only addressing my issues, they are delivering the car to me at no extra charge! The finance department was thorough in the price breakdown and helped me understand my warranty and extended services. Buying a car is emotional (and I'm not easy), and I understand the Carfax doesn't tell it all. Go visit! Less then Top Service is not an option. There is no drop-off in service when Jeff is left in charge , and Raiddy is humble and ready, lol. They earned my business by making me feel like I was a priority. So... Call any of the 3 I mentioned and I believe you will receive the same level of service. They did not ask me to write this, but I think a customer would appreciate this view also. James was very friendly and knowledgeable of the specific model I had interest in. He was patient and treated me like family. I came back the second day with my husband and expanded our exploration of the desired vehicle. James worked so diligently with us, had great enthusiasm and worked with us until each detail of our deal was worked out. I would highly recommend Napelton, but most of all I give an applaud to the most sincere and hard working sales representative, James Kucher. Thank you for our excellent experience! This dealer has attractive pricing online which is to be expected. Got to the dealership, looked at a vehicle listed for $13k and watched that number turn into $19k after some Guy in a tie showed me the worksheet, it was a laughable moment and disappointing one all in the same and if you don't believe me or just want to get a laugh please do visit and review the dealership. I have been to multiple dealerships, and the best title gimmick fee goes to this dealership for sure as they listed it "Napleton Experience" fee which was over $1300. Regardless of your financial situation, whether you can finance any car at the best rate and have cash included, DONT PAY the fees as its just bogus. Dealerships here in Florida have some serious ethical business practice issues. More

The dealership never informed that the car was keyed (scratched on purpose with a key) on the front doors and bumper. I didn't noticed it during my inspection since the scratches where hidden with touch-up paint. The car wheels were supposed to be aligned since they put new tires. The car was pulling to the right and desided to bring the car one week after purchase to see what is going on. They inspected it and said that everything was good. I still had the issue. I desided to go to a Kia dealership and they found that the alignment was off. I was present during the inspection. I honestly believe that the dealership doesn't care about honesty and telling the customer up front is there any issues. The least that you can do is make it right. I don't recommend them More
