Disappointing Service I want to note this is about their service department. I have no bought anything from them so I cannot comment on their sales team. I went into this dealership on a Saturday do you have two minor things fixed on my vehicle. The bumper and splash guard. I had had the appointment for three weeks and received a call the day before saying they were all set for me to come in. This was after her confirming exactly what I was coming in for. When I arrive that Saturday they didn't know what to do with me. They kept going back-and-forth saying well maybe they could fix it, but then determining that know the body shop would have to fix it. After asking what that entailed I was informed I would have to call back on Monday to make an appointment or I could get a rental from them and they would fix it on Monday...maybe. Apparently their body shop it's not open on the weekends. Which I can understand, however when I googled open body shops they were the first to pop up. Also, I had that appointment for three weeks and spoke to somebody the day before. And no point in time during those three weeks was this ever mentioned or I would've made other arrangements. This was not a spur the moment see if they could fix this, this was in arranged appointment. They finally agreed to do at least an expection of what needed to be fixed. I agreed and they told me it would be about an hour. Two hours later they came in with a price sheet and inform me of several other things they believe needed to be fixed. Items I had just had replaced with in the last three months at their dealership. And in this report there was no mention of what are you come in to get fixed. No price estimates, no explanation as to what it would take to get my bumper and splash shield fixed. Nothing. Needless to say, I am severely disappointed. I will not be coming back to this Service department. I called around to a different dealership. They told me to come right down and they fixed it in a half hour. They did not charge me anything. This dealership now had my continued business. I don't care that I'm going to have to drive an hour away to visit this dealership. It's amazing what an impact it is how you treat your customers. More

I went to Napelton VW and was treated as if I purchased my vehicle there, or like I had been a client for years. They made me feel like family and got my issue taken care of immidiately, and I was back on the road to continue my holiday vacation. I was very concerned that I would have a hefty bill and it would ruin my trip. After I arrived, my service advisor James Barker had all of my warranty and extended coverage contracts ready to go and within a few minutes he assured me that everything would be covered and I did not need to worry. Once my vehicle was in the shop, the technician and service advisor took me to my vehicle and explained what needed to be done and what the plan was to get me going again quickly. My whole experience was top notch and would definitely recommend Napleton to a friend. In my opinion, this is the type of customer service that is going to get VW through their current TDI situation with good customer retention. Great job guys. Thanks again. More

Enter one Christian Cortez, the service manager, and he had my problematic tire repaired [ nail removed ] and plugged in 15 minutes. I have always found the service and friendly reception excellent and that on top of having purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership which has been a top vehicle. More

They replaced the air conditioner even though it was just out of the warranty. Our last Jetta gave us 12 years of service and almost 160,000 miles. I have owned two VW's in the UK before moving to the USA and I highly recommend them More

After it was serviced and when I was given the invoice, I noticed that the charges might need another look at. Two weeks later (Jun-24-15) I requested to talk to the Service Manager, Mr. Jay Dunbar (Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford - Service Center) and explained to him what I thought it was wrong with the Invoice. He listened to me without interrupting and not only he was very courteous, but he understood my concern and resolved the matter to both of our satisfaction. When I left his office I felt very grateful and I said to myself: "This is why I've been a longtime Proud Member of the Volkswagen Family". Thanks, Jay! Francis More
The 3rd time here for the same issue I am now back for the same window issue, the part was ordered I waited an hour and half get into the car and the window is still broke.
