I went to the dealership today to get an appointment to get a light bulb changed. The gentleman in the service department offered to get me in soon if I wanted to wait. Love this dealership always so kind, efficient and the customer service is above and beyond each time I go there! He was an absolute pleasure to work with welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable! He was a huge help. He listened, gave me many options to fix my problem and to my great relief I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or the other. He gave me time to think things through!! He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, like I was the only person there that needed help. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and unbelievably it came in a little under what he told me it would cost. He has earned my loyalty! His company is lucky to have him as an employee!
