I would not recommend this dealership. Not only was the floor sale leaders (they call them "managers" but they directly influence and guide the deals made) I worked with were arrogant and Not only was the floor sale leaders (they call them "managers" but they directly influence and guide the deals made) I worked with were arrogant and dismissive, they allowed me to be sold a vehicle that was dangerous not once but twice. I had pretty good salesperson except I did not hear back from him when I noticed an issue with the steering. I purchased 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK in late Feb of 2022 that had an airbag defect that they promised to fix at a future date. I took the Jeep and put $2200 into tires and rims. The first week of March (less than 30 days after the purchase) I got a call from the sales manager to come in and he said he had a deal for me - but to come in to talk. When I arrived he offered to trade the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK (the one I had recently purchased) with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, which was an upgraded version of the same Jeep plus it had 10K less miles. The tires were bigger and it seemed like a great deal except the tires were pretty worn compared to the new tires on my other Jeep. The sales manager said they could not get the part for the Jeep and if we were in an accident, well it could be bad since airbags had a problem. He went on to say since I had put so much money into the Jeep that we could trade keys and I accepted that offer. However, while driving the “new” Jeep, it was all over the road. It was very difficult to keep on the road. It was like the steering had a mind of its own. I called and emailed my salesman about the problem and he did not return my calls or email. I took the Jeep into a repair place and it turned out to be missing a bolt to the suspension and the Pitman arm was bent and worn out. Before they repaired it, they had me come in to see what they were talking about and they also showed where the bolt was missing in the suspension. This Jeep only had 11K miles on it. It cost me $1600 to get it repaired and they said there was recall on the steering box and that I should take it in to a Jeep dealership. I called a Jeep dealership this morning and am taking it in next Monday. More
HORRIBLE experience with the service manager. I have been bringing my Mercedes to VW for oil changes over 3 years now. This woman gave me such a hard time and was so rude because my car was not a VW. She stated that the oil they use is only VW oil not Mercedes oil...wow The next week I get a coupon in the mail from Napleton's VW for a discount on oil changes for any vehicle. A I have never been to a VW dealership that does not wash your car after servicing the vehicle. They give you a coupon for a free wash at a pretty dingy facility. Definitely pass on servicing your vehicle here. More
I had low tire pressure when i got in my car the other morning and stopped to put some air in to get it to the dealership. They squeezed me in, as I didn't have an appointment and took care of the nail th morning and stopped to put some air in to get it to the dealership. They always take great care of my VW. I never have to worry about my car letting me down. It's the same distance as one that's close to my city, but I will always come to the Sanford lo I never have to worry about my car letting me down. Napletons of Sanford are great had bought an 2018 Atlas sel,premium and been enjoying the way it handles and looks we noticed that our privacy screen was missing and Hunter took car of it . The customer service here is beyond great. They were very polite and welcoming. There is a woman named Lana who works in customer service, she represents what I think every dealership’s customer service sho polite and welcoming. She was very polite, very helpful and she had a great positive attitude. I got all good vibes from this place. I work in healthcare so I know good customer service when I see it.
