My wife is a loyal customer for few years of other Volkswagen dealer and I went to this Aristocrat Volkswagen because I interested in a particular CC lux plus 2012. The sales person was very nice but Volkswagen dealer and I went to this Aristocrat Volkswagen because I interested in a particular CC lux plus 2012. The sales person was very nice but at the end of the deal when we agreed to a final payment and final numbers they try to change my payments numbers after long waiting. My credit is high score,I have a good income and I am a repeat customer to volkswagen. I am really dissapointed with this kind of sales strategy. They just want go up $25 more per month to my payments but I went very upset not for $25, is just because why tell me thousand of reasons to go to this far away dealer and make me spend around 4 hours there to do nothing. I can't believed this dealer spend thousands of dollars in advertising to end and let die a deal for a $25 more per month which is a $1800 in total in the 72 months period which is nothing comparing the potential customer and actual business I was doing including future referrals and more business. I really wonder how this people do business because no make sense what they do after spend the time of a sales person and mine. My wife told me from the beginning go to the other volkswagen dealer and really have to tell she really is right and have the reason. She doing business with other dealer from few years ago and all transaction has been smooth and not this kind of ridiculous situations. I pretty sure other dealer will be happy to do 3rd business in less than 2 years with us. Sure he appreciate the value of repeat customers more than Aristocrat Volkswagen. Good luck anyways! 1/16/2012 In regards response from dealer is not true at all because number never was as originally they offer and I just bought the car because was the only one in town with specification I was looking for. They change numbers and later tell was a mistake, ok, then change numbers again after 2 days and they tell is other mistake. Not sure if someone not doing the right work or is the trick to catch customers. How a dealer make mistakes so easy when they do that all the time? Not sure if is true or not but make me think is a trick used by some dealers. I express my dissapointed of another change of numbers in dealer with lady at closing and sales person but I was tire and I really want the car, so I just signed all papers after no one tell anything about it. In other issue this people need learn how to treat customer specially by phone because manager yelled at me and I hang up the phone. The manager only was contact me for ask to remove this review and not really follow up the deal. I never meet personally a manager and I went 2 times to the dealer. First time I went for 4 hours and second time around 1 hour to pick up car and never a sales manager approach me to even tell thanks for the business (i don't even know them personally). But they are good in response reviews. I think many negative reviews has been removed by customers after persistence of this manager, because is good doing that (very aggresive). About the owner, I sent an email 12/30/2011 about the manager style and all this awful experience and I was expecting a response from him but never response to me, I beleived is the style this owner approved and consent to managers handle business. Very sad situation but I can't change this mismanagement. And Yes, the refund offered in 12/31/2011 was sent 1/13/2012 by the stamp, and received 1/14/2012 for $280.80 which is the amount not supposed to be charged at last minuted that second day when I went to sign. Thanks for that but understand money can't buy opinion of people experience and less when a customer has been yelled by a supposed experienced manager. Hope this is clear now. More
I was looking for a low mileage nice priced used Chevy Silverado and I found one through autotrader.com that was at Aristocrat Volkswagen. A 2007 Chevy Silverado LTZ with only 34,000 miles. I sent them an email to get more information on the truck. Michele emailed me back very promptly with all the information that I asked for. Since i'm in jacksonville I was weary about driving to Sanford for a truck. I was also weary because there was some inconsistancies of the aristocrat website and autotrader concerning the truck options. But michele assured me of the correct info. The truck was priced at an amazing price for the miles and options it had. I decided to take a chance and drove down there and I was more then happy when I saw the truck. It was as advertised and clean and in great condition. Michele worked with me in a friendly non pushy, no pressure manner to get the price down a little lower. Also, for my trade in I had already brought my truck to carmax to get it evaluated, and what Carmax had offered me was exactly the 1st offer aristocrat gave me. With a little negotiating Aristrocrat gave me a second offer that was a little higher than carmax. not much but a few hundred dollars helps. Michele was very helpful and pleasant and I would recommend if you are in that area or are willing to drive that far. I love my new truck! More

For over a month my husband and I have been searching for a good pre-owned vehicle, after our last car's engine blew up (for the second time!). We were genuinely greeted (and even offer cookies; our son loved that!) and felt comfortable and not pressured. Our Sales Representative Colette Middlebrooks did everything in her power to assist us in finding the right car within our budget and then the challenge began. With my husband being disabled, limited credit and only essentially one household income, Colette and the Aristocrat team did everything in their power to not give up on us and did not write us off. They treated us like we were worth a million bucks...that's how a car buying experience should be! Thank you SO much for our 2006 Mazda3. We love it and you! We will for sure tell everyone how awesome Colette and Aristocrat VW is. More
I have come to love VW autos. Aristocrat VW's Tom Perry answered my questions honestly, directly without "I'll go talk to my manager ..." intermissions. Aristocrat VW took my car on a trade-in after an accident. When the dealership didn't like the insurance appraisers findings, Aristocrat VW insisted on second evaluation. The second insurance appraiser agreed with the initial findings. In what appeared to be a child having a temper tantrum, Aristocrat VW wouldn't return phone calls or insurance paperwork. They didn't have a problem charging $50 per day for storage. Caught between Aristocrat VW and the insurance company I went to pick-up the car. To my astonishment Aristocrat told me it was not my car and refused to give me MY CAR. I had to threaten Aristocrat with contacting the police and filing a stolen car report before Aristocrat released my car to the insurance company. Not once did the dealership accept any responsibility. Instead they were rude and aloof. RUN AWAY from this dealer! More
