David Navarro is awesome! Requested info online and he called within 5 minutes. Made the deal with my husband quickly over the phone. He helped us surprise our daughter with a new CC. He would have let me drive anything on the lot if I needed to see it, and he could very quickly produce pricing for any hairbrained idea I threw at him -- always shooting me back a low, fair price and not fooling around with nonsense. I see he goes by the name "The Car Guy" and it's rightly earned -- David Navarro knows his cars, top-to-bottom. I'm was impressed. I'm also appreciative, since I took him through the paces on two different car options (one new, one certified pre-owned) before buying the pre-owned. I'm very happy with the vehicle, which turns out to have been a one-owner car only in service for less than one year, but about half the price of new. I later saw it had been originally sold by Aristocrat to the first customer, so they knew the car's whole history. It's super-clean and it runs (and looks) like it's perfect and new. Michele's selection of this car for me is perfect for my lifestyle and fits me, 2 kids, and my tall husband! I thought for sure because of the situation I was in with my previous car I would have to sacrifice the luxury amenities I was used to but I was very pleasantly surprised that the Passat had everything and more that my old car had. Contact between myself and the dealership was either through phone or e-mail. I was not nagged, but when I had questions, they were answered in an appropriate timeframe. I asked for a selling price and was given what I thought was a very competitive one, based on my calculations in terms what is an reasonable profit for the dealer to make. Once at the dealership, I test drove the car and was able to get another $200 off the sales price. Overall, it was the least irritating of auto buying experiences that I have had in a long time. More
