I contacted Aristocrat VW to attempt to correct a recent bad deal at two other local dealers, including one at another local VW dealer that was unable to retain me as a customer. In a rather reasonable amount of time on Jan 2nd between Michele and Eddie put together a great deal for a new car, that that not only gained a new customer, but put the other dealer to shame. I felt so good about dealing with them and the deal they put together for me, that I asked about refinancing my other VW. Long story short, not only did a get a great refinancing on my new car, but I also ended up with a newer CPO Tiguan to replace my other older VW with a lower payment.
