While the car wasn't the right fit for me, David was very helpful and not pushy when I decided I wanted to keep looking. Several Months later I met David again to test drive a Mazda 3. I called ahead of the test drive and David had the car ready to go when I arrived, with a printed CarFax in hand. David does his research and is knowledgeable about the various used car models available in addition to the VW line. I loved the car and was ready to buy. This is usually the part of the buying process I dread, haggling over price and trade-in value. I had researched the car price before the test drive, and Napleton's asking price was already lower than the average retail price by over $1,000. I had expected to receive a low ball offer on my trade-in. To my surprise they offered me what I had hoped to get if I had sold the car on my own. I didn't have to haggle at all. I was getting the new car at a great price and receiving a fair value on my trade-in. This was the least stressful car I have purchased to date. I entered the dealership a little nervous as a woman purchasing this car on my own and I had my 4 year old daughter with me. David greeted us both with a friendly smile and hello. I was very happy that he was the sales person that greeted us when we walked in and walked me through the car buying experience. I left with the car I wanted and the price I needed. There was never any pressure and he helped me find what I needed and wanted. I hope that David is there when I purchase my next VW and I would highly recommend this dealership because of David and the experience I had buying the car through him. I HATE shopping for anything! I buy a car with the intentions of driving it till it dies, and mine did!I started the process on line. When I HAD to go in ( basics such as see the car, drive the car) what a pleasant surprise! What a super guy!! I felt I was dealing with a friend who truly had my best interest @ heart! NO high pressure, in fact no pressure at all. I'm hoping this car will make my 300,000 mile goal I've set for it. When it does,and needs replacing, I'll be tracking down Dave! More

I did business with the body shop, Ron the body the body shop manager and his assistance were great, which made me interested to keep my business with Aristocrat VW. Then I met Collet she was great, she han shop manager and his assistance were great, which made me interested to keep my business with Aristocrat VW. Then I met Collet she was great, she handled our requests very gracefully, she was very patient listing to my picky husband and even more patient with my little 4 years old. She took our cell number but never pushed me to buy, or made annoying calls asking about my decision like other annoying car sales do; she gave me time to think. Her manager was great too sat with us no tricks or words we can’t understand; they’re all cut to the point, and didn’t waste our time. I shared my pleasant experience on face book, twitter and with all of my co-workers.
