Replacement car purchase Had a vehicle breakdown on me in another city and needed to get a replacement vehicle immediately as it was the engine that failed. The replacement engine was going to cost more than the vehicle was worth. Billy Stewart took excellent care and time in getting me into a newer vehicle and at a payment I could afford. Mark Vogel in the service department took care of everything I needed himself with getting service completed on the vehicle. This dealership is a A+ company to deal with and would recommend them to anybody looking or needing a vehicle either new or used. More

Down to earth service at Napleton with David My wife and I were assisted by David Navarro at Napleton's Sanford VW dealership. We initially went to the dealership to get an oil change for my wife My wife and I were assisted by David Navarro at Napleton's Sanford VW dealership. We initially went to the dealership to get an oil change for my wife's 2013 Passat, however decided to look at what inventory was available in hopes of replacing my aging Jeep. We were promptly greeted by David, yet his laid back approach was not overbearing such as what one would find at most dealerships. David was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire experience. His down to earth nature made a stressful experience (purchasing a car) enjoyable. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to purchase a new car. This dealership offers great vehicles at a very good value with friendly and professional staff. More

Great experience !!! I had dealt with 2 other dealerships in the last couple months, and never purchased because I never felt comfortable . Really! My beetle service light is on once again, I have less than 7,000 miles. Volkswagen or Napleton will no be on my list when this lease is up.
