Really! My beetle service light is on once again, I have less than 7,000 miles. Volkswagen or Napleton will no be on my list when this lease is up. While the car wasn't the right fit for me, David was very helpful and not pushy when I decided I wanted to keep looking. Several Months later I met David again to test drive a Mazda 3. I called ahead of the test drive and David had the car ready to go when I arrived, with a printed CarFax in hand. David does his research and is knowledgeable about the various used car models available in addition to the VW line. I loved the car and was ready to buy. This is usually the part of the buying process I dread, haggling over price and trade-in value. I had researched the car price before the test drive, and Napleton's asking price was already lower than the average retail price by over $1,000. I had expected to receive a low ball offer on my trade-in. To my surprise they offered me what I had hoped to get if I had sold the car on my own. I didn't have to haggle at all. I was getting the new car at a great price and receiving a fair value on my trade-in. This was the least stressful car I have purchased to date.
