Great buying experience I found a 2010 Tahoe ltz on the enter net. I called about it and the sales person called me back promptly. I went in and meet with Atef Basta. He really went to work for me to get me what I wanted. Didn't question me at all on my demands. I'm not the easiest person to work with. He never showed any frustrations with me. I had a lot of demands that the boss wasn't able to work with. So I left. He still had the courtesy of texting me. To let me know it was a pleasure to meet us. Then we spoke and he went to his boss again to help get me my demands. After fighting hard for me. I got the suv I wanted and all my needs to be where I wanted to be. I want to thank Atef Basts for all of his hard work and dedication to his customers. I will recommend him to anyone. I also want to thank the rest of the staff that was patient with me. And they was a great bunch to deal with. Very nice and fast at processing the paper work. I really feel that this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Mainly due to our sales person, Guillermo Nune I've purchased over 13 cars in my lifetime and this must have been the best experience that I've had... Mainly due to our sales person, Guillermo Nunez (Gio). He earned our trust and we would love to purchase our next vehicle from him. I will recommend all my friends and family to Gio for many years to come! I just wished that Gio could handle the finance side as well since I left the finance room feeling like I was rushed into signing the papers with NO explainations at all. Even when I would ask specific questions, all I got was a run around answer. I understand that it was close to end of business day but there was no need to take short cuts to destroy a customer's experience. I didn't feel like a customer at all let alone a valued customer. But besides that nightmare.....EVERYTHING else was PERFECT! Thanks in part to "Gio" and the excellent customer service and deep knowledge of the vehicle that he provided. More

He was told the truck had to many miles for financing but they were more than happy to take another $1000 to add to the down payment already made. This would have been great information to have before he drove off the lot & had the vehicle for a month. I think this is very bad business! To say my son was heart broken & disappointed is an under statement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
