Ralph was very knowledgable of our VW Eos and let us know he was available for any future questions. Alexander Charters welcomed us to Napleton VW on Friday, April 10, 2015. We discussed our automotive needs including safety and price. Alex showed a few cars on the Napleton website to help us narrow down our options. Great buying experience I found a 2010 Tahoe ltz on the enter net. I called about it and the sales person called me back promptly. I went in and meet with Atef Basta. He really went to work for me to get me what I wanted. Didn't question me at all on my demands. I'm not the easiest person to work with. He never showed any frustrations with me. I had a lot of demands that the boss wasn't able to work with. So I left. He still had the courtesy of texting me. To let me know it was a pleasure to meet us. Then we spoke and he went to his boss again to help get me my demands. After fighting hard for me. I got the suv I wanted and all my needs to be where I wanted to be. I want to thank Atef Basts for all of his hard work and dedication to his customers. I will recommend him to anyone. I also want to thank the rest of the staff that was patient with me. And they was a great bunch to deal with. Very nice and fast at processing the paper work. I really feel that this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership.
