Best Surprise Ever We wanted to purchase a used Mini Cooper for my son to drive to college. We searched our local area of Jacksonville and couldn't find the right vehic We wanted to purchase a used Mini Cooper for my son to drive to college. We searched our local area of Jacksonville and couldn't find the right vehicle for the right price. We expanded the search via the internet and found the perfect car at Napleton's in Sanford. I contacted the dealership who connected me with Atef Basta, the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. Atef took care of everything for us, from doing a "real" test drive on the car to ensuring all maintenance and paperwork were completed prior to our arranged pick up time. We corresponded by email, phone and text throughout the four days prior to delivery, so I always felt confident that Atef had everything under control. The car was a surprise for my son. Atef arranged to not only put a sign on the car for my son, but also decorated it with balloons and a big bow so that when we arrived at the dealership for the first time, we were greeted by our new car all decked out and ready to roll. He went above and beyond to make this car buying experience exceptional. I recommend the professionalism of the dealership and of Atef Basta to anyone who is in the market for a car. Buying a car on the internet can be scary, but Atef made it a pleasure, which was a great surprise for us! More

Invoice Charges resolved satisfactorily Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford, Florida - Service Center ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On June-15-15 I Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford, Florida - Service Center ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On June-15-15 I had my car towed to Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford - Service Center. After it was serviced and when I was given the invoice, I noticed that the charges might need another look at. Two weeks later (Jun-24-15) I requested to talk to the Service Manager, Mr. Jay Dunbar (Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford - Service Center) and explained to him what I thought it was wrong with the Invoice. He listened to me without interrupting and not only he was very courteous, but he understood my concern and resolved the matter to both of our satisfaction.
