After it was serviced and when I was given the invoice, I noticed that the charges might need another look at. Two weeks later (Jun-24-15) I requested to talk to the Service Manager, Mr. Jay Dunbar (Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford - Service Center) and explained to him what I thought it was wrong with the Invoice. He listened to me without interrupting and not only he was very courteous, but he understood my concern and resolved the matter to both of our satisfaction.
