We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and in particular Atef is extremely professional, very personable and 100% customer focused. From the moment we entered, to the time we drove our new car out of the dealership we could have not been more impressed!!! Atef quickly gained our trust, he has a very warm character, very honest and is definitely not your “typical” car salesperson. In fact, he made the whole experience a real pleasure and one we won’t forget. When the time comes around to purchase another Volkswagen, we’ll be going nowhere else but to Napleton Volkswagen Again we just wanted to express our gratitude and thank Atef for everything. More

Best Experience Ever! We went in to down grade our car so we can have a lower payment. We inquired about one car but it was missing key features and we were ready to leave.
