We searched our local area of Jacksonville and couldn't find the right vehicle for the right price. We expanded the search via the internet and found the perfect car at Napleton's in Sanford. I contacted the dealership who connected me with Atef Basta, the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. Atef took care of everything for us, from doing a "real" test drive on the car to ensuring all maintenance and paperwork were completed prior to our arranged pick up time. We corresponded by email, phone and text throughout the four days prior to delivery, so I always felt confident that Atef had everything under control. The car was a surprise for my son. Atef arranged to not only put a sign on the car for my son, but also decorated it with balloons and a big bow so that when we arrived at the dealership for the first time, we were greeted by our new car all decked out and ready to roll. He went above and beyond to make this car buying experience exceptional. I recommend the professionalism of the dealership and of Atef Basta to anyone who is in the market for a car.
