Had a tire problem One of my new tires from Napletons developed an annoying slow leak and I had to get it fixed in a hurry. I have always found the service and friendly reception excellent and that on top of having purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership which has been a top vehicle. More

Why, because when we saw some negative reviews we were very reluctant We recently purchased a new car from Napleton VW but it almost didn't happen. Why, because when we saw some negative reviews we were very reluctant to go anywhere near the place. Against our better judgment we visited the dealership and were so glad we did! We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and in particular Atef is extremely professional, very personable and 100% customer focused. From the moment we entered, to the time we drove our new car out of the dealership we could have not been more impressed!!! Atef quickly gained our trust, he has a very warm character, very honest and is definitely not your “typical” car salesperson. In fact, he made the whole experience a real pleasure and one we won’t forget. Best Experience Ever! We went in to down grade our car so we can have a lower payment. We inquired about one car but it was missing key features and we were ready to leave.
