I love the fact that she will do everything possible to get you into the car of your dreams and that if she can't she will be 100 percent honest as to why and suggest the best possible plan for you and your financial needs. I truly appreciate that honesty. I truly love my new VW Beetle R-line 2.0. It is awesome. The VW I had before this one I picked up on my lunch hour. That included paper work and signing. I am more than happy to promote the brand and the dealership and Colette. Volkswagen makes an awesome car and I have no problem giving my opinion the the media biased masses. He will probable blame me and say I was just another tire kicker. This is a lie. I am a person with good credit and the money to buy anything you have on your lot. My son and I thought we had an aggressive sales person in Sam Haddad, wow were we wrong. Simply terrible experience. I will never visit your dealership again. I am disappointed Bought a used car vehicle 2015 Mazda6 in January 2016. There is a thick film buildup around the edges of the windshield coming from windshield fluid. Bought a used car vehicle 2015 Mazda6 in January 2016. There is a thick film buildup around the edges of the windshield coming from windshield fluid. It can be distracting at times. Car is still using same fluid I bought it with. Took the car to a Mazda service auto service center closer to me, serviceman said I need to take it back to where I got the vehicle from because it needs to be taken care of. Will continue to to call Napleton VW to speak with someone and schedule an appt to bring the car in. I hope they do the right thing. I have 2 children with great credit looking to buy a car. I will return to this site after my car is fixed and enter an update. More
