Disappointing Service I want to note this is about their service department. I have no bought anything from them so I cannot comment on their sales team. I went into thi I want to note this is about their service department. I have no bought anything from them so I cannot comment on their sales team. I went into this dealership on a Saturday do you have two minor things fixed on my vehicle. The bumper and splash guard. I had had the appointment for three weeks and received a call the day before saying they were all set for me to come in. This was after her confirming exactly what I was coming in for. When I arrive that Saturday they didn't know what to do with me. They kept going back-and-forth saying well maybe they could fix it, but then determining that know the body shop would have to fix it. After asking what that entailed I was informed I would have to call back on Monday to make an appointment or I could get a rental from them and they would fix it on Monday...maybe. Apparently their body shop it's not open on the weekends. Which I can understand, however when I googled open body shops they were the first to pop up. Also, I had that appointment for three weeks and spoke to somebody the day before. And no point in time during those three weeks was this ever mentioned or I would've made other arrangements. This was not a spur the moment see if they could fix this, this was in arranged appointment. They finally agreed to do at least an expection of what needed to be fixed. I agreed and they told me it would be about an hour. Two hours later they came in with a price sheet and inform me of several other things they believe needed to be fixed. Items I had just had replaced with in the last three months at their dealership. And in this report there was no mention of what are you come in to get fixed. No price estimates, no explanation as to what it would take to get my bumper and splash shield fixed. Nothing. Needless to say, I am severely disappointed. I will not be coming back to this Service department. I called around to a different dealership. They told me to come right down and they fixed it in a half hour. They did not charge me anything. This dealership now had my continued business. I don't care that I'm going to have to drive an hour away to visit this dealership. It's amazing what an impact it is how you treat your customers. More

If you don't care, they will feel it and perception is everything. Over the course of my time, with Michelle (my sales woman) and Danny (my Finance Guy) at Napleton VW Sanford, they mentioned my financial and future well being, my childrens' comfort and safety, and we got to know one another's family, business and personal lives. I couldn't commend them enough for learning the art of genuinely caring for someone in a historically callous situation. Because they took all of that time, I was happier than I have ever been buying a car. Thank you both for all you did. More
HIGHLY Disappointed!!! VERY bad experience with this dealership. Went there initially because I saw it was a "family owned business", but the owners actually have nothing to VERY bad experience with this dealership. Went there initially because I saw it was a "family owned business", but the owners actually have nothing to do with the business on my level, and there is NO family atmosphere to be found. Sanjay, the manager that talked to me, was very rude & abrupt - my guess is because I am a woman. I had questions about an extended warranty, gap insurance, etc., but he acted like I was annoying him with my questions. The final price kept changing, but of course I couldn't get anything in writing without committing...and I won't commit without an out-the-door price. I was pre-approved by my own bank, but they told me they don't allow anything but their lenders. Yeah, kickbacks, I get it. But, my lender included gap and theirs didn't. More $$$. Red flag after red flag. My advice, pass this dealership by!!! More

When I asked about this, they told me they had to advertise very low prices to get people in the door because they are "off the beaten path". The sales manager was rude when he learned I wouldn't pay their extra fees. Stay away! More

Michelle initially contacted me after I sent an inquiry and she seemed very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a specific used vehicle they had just listed for sale. She kept asking me to make an appointment for a test drive and I explained that I live over 2 hours away so could not just drive up that easily. When I finally made an appointment to go see it, I called that morning to double check that the vehicle was still there. It took over 45 minutes and 4 different phone calls to finally be told that the vehicle was being "serviced" but should be available the following week. The following Monday I call Michelle to inquire about the status of the vehicle and she tells me she will contact the sales manager and get back to me immediately. I don't hear from her until Friday, via email (and a generic email at that). The general sales manager, Sanjay, calls me over the weekend and when we finally speak to one another Sunday evening shortly before they close he says the vehicle is still available and asks if I would like to go look at it. I explain my distance situation and that I could go look at it the next day. He tells me there is someone going to test-drive it but that if it sells he'll personally call or let me know it's no longer available. So the next morning I start to drive up to see the vehicle and call the dealership after it opens just to double check the vehicle is there. I speak to Michelle who says she can't hear me well and will call me right back. She never calls back so I use my husbands phone to call in case my phone really is having bad service (although I've never ever had a problem with my iPhone 7 or ATT service before). She answers again and says she'll check on the vehicle and get back to me since I tell her I'm already on my way up there. She doesn't return my call but has some other woman call me and tell me it's been sold. I attempted to drive up and check out the vehicle on two different occasions and both times was given the runaround and I wasted time and a lot of energy for nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and would never use this Dealership again! I'm sure it's a nice place with some good employees, but the ones I dealt with were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. More

Kurt himself is an excellent guide rather than salesman. There was zero pressure, Kurt knew the vehicle inside-and-out and was able to answer every question, and since the purchase - has made himself available for questions multiple times. I could not be any more grateful for Kurt's approach, assistance, and thoroughness as he not only made the process of buying easy - but an enjoyable experience.
