Waste of time Had an appointment and was told the vehicle would be ready when I arrived. When I got there all the sales people looked confused as to why I was there Had an appointment and was told the vehicle would be ready when I arrived. When I got there all the sales people looked confused as to why I was there. Needless to say the vehicle wasn't ready, in fact they didn't even know what vehicle I was there to see. They start the process by taking my drivers license and filling out paperwork as if I have already selected the vehicle I want to buy. After walking across the lot to determine the vehicle I was there to see the sales girl said she had to take my paperwork and drivers license to get keys and plate. After waiting 15 minutes for her to return I decided to go back inside to see what was taking so long. When I got inside they still hadn't found the keys. I politely asked for my drivers license back, told the manager how disappointing their process is, and left. What irritates me the most is the amount of time I wasted driving in I-4 traffic to never even look at the vehicle. Too much good competition to have to deal with a dealership like this. More

Purchased car before it was ever inspected . The car had low mileage and they promised to run the car thru service and be 127 point safety inspected . I called the next day to bring car in for inspection and my salesman was not available nor the sales manager I made deal with . I talked to sales manager on duty and was told I needed to call back and deal with manager and salesman I dealt with. The car had the original tires on car and were 10 years old. I showed this to salesman Bashawn. I called and asked about keys and key fob but would get no reply... previous I owned a diesel VW. Be lied to everyone with a diesel and had to buy back the cars and pay the biggest fines in history.. Just google Dieselgate”....Dealership never followed up... all they wanted was a perfect review... they spend a lot of time reminding you that they need a perfect review... but they do nothing they promise... I should have kept the car I traded ... it needed nothing ... literally... They gave me a fob ghat the key was not cut in... they attached a conventional key to a fob that has a uncut key .... the car needed service front to back ... had 10 year old tires.... etc etc etc I will own my responsibility for buying before everything was done before delivery... I have purchased tires ... purchased key fob and had them both programmed ... had car detailed ... I will never deal with a VW dealership again ... they cheated and lied to everyone who bought a diesel and got caught... they were fined buy the government and epa .. They lied and when caught ... admitted it. That does change the fact that they will look directly at you and deceive you. Also they charge nearly a $1000 in dealer fees .... so add that to the price you think your getting ... fortunately I still gat a decent deal because I was in the car delivery business for years .... These people are kind to your face but .... do not have any real integrity.... google Diesrlgate.... enough said More

Just bought a used car from Napleton of Sanford Sunday and couldn't be happier with the car. Danielle Bridgwater knew I was looking for a mustang and called me as soon as she saw one on the lot. Told me everything I needed to know over the phone, and v~n came in on his day off to make make sure I was happy. They found me a great payment on a already great priced car and even kept my payment low after adding a 4 year 60,000 mile warranty. I will recommend that all my family and friends start their search for a new or used vehicle at napleton of Sanford. More
