After purchasing the first vehicle with all the haggling and strong arming over addons I made it clear I was in the market for two vehicles upfront. After purchasing the first vehicle with all the haggling and strong arming over addons I discontinued contact and made arrangement for service at a sister location. Clearly the dealership can see my service appointments in their logs. However, they continue to badger me through the phone, text, and email. I did buy a second vehicle and drove 80 miles away to get it. Go somewhere else is all I can say. More

Waste of time Had an appointment and was told the vehicle would be ready when I arrived. When I got there all the sales people looked confused as to why I was there Had an appointment and was told the vehicle would be ready when I arrived. When I got there all the sales people looked confused as to why I was there. Needless to say the vehicle wasn't ready, in fact they didn't even know what vehicle I was there to see. They start the process by taking my drivers license and filling out paperwork as if I have already selected the vehicle I want to buy. After walking across the lot to determine the vehicle I was there to see the sales girl said she had to take my paperwork and drivers license to get keys and plate. After waiting 15 minutes for her to return I decided to go back inside to see what was taking so long. When I got inside they still hadn't found the keys. I politely asked for my drivers license back, told the manager how disappointing their process is, and left. What irritates me the most is the amount of time I wasted driving in I-4 traffic to never even look at the vehicle. Too much good competition to have to deal with a dealership like this. More
