Horrible Customer Service Ugly, dirty dealership. It feels like a time machine when you're inside. The first salesperson wanted me to submit a credit app before I could even see the car I came in to test drive, then told me I was wasting his time. I walked out to the lot ad found it myself and happened to meet a much more friendly salesman out there. The car was everything I wanted, but it took me 2 days to get the deal I was looking for over the phone because of a greedy and stiff sales manager. He even tried to talk me out of buying altogether. I decided to get my own financing because of the lack of trust they created, then was reprimanded by the finance manager that I messed up his numbers by not financing with them. I bought the car, but will never be back, not even for a free oil change. More

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership the other day. I wasn’t sure when pulling in if I was definitely set on buying the car I was interested in. However, by the time I left, I did! Obed Ortiz was day. I wasn’t sure when pulling in if I was definitely set on buying the car I was interested in. However, by the time I left, I did! Obed Ortiz was the salesman that helped me. He was kind, professional, and just a joy to deal with. The finance and dealership manager were great as well. There wasn’t that huge sense of pressure that a lot of dealerships portray. They all let me take my pace on the decision, which ultimately was huge in me buying the car. They also went above and beyond to get the numbers where I was happy. All dealerships could learn from them on how to make a relaxed, happy, and satisfied setting for their customers. I highly recommend them and make sure to ask for Obed if visiting! More
