If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Absolutely the worst possible car buying experience. I tried for 3 weeks to buy a car from out of state and never, not once was I able to talk to a s Absolutely the worst possible car buying experience. I tried for 3 weeks to buy a car from out of state and never, not once was I able to talk to a sales person or sales manager that could answer questions and work with me to buy a car. I told them I wanted to pay cash and wanted an extended warranty and to please call me back. All I got was calls from people that were not in sales??? A person making an introduction text video...why? A person..twice, trying to set up an appointment to look at the car. I stated in my message the first day that I was out of state. Save yourself the headache and dont bother. Seriously, how do you ignore someone offering a cash sale? All I got was poor service. How come I cannot actually speak to someone when I call??? All they said was they would pass on my information to someone? xxx! How is no sales person, assistant manager or manager available. Worthless More

Jacob's service is great! However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires P However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires Plus and the total was $2,004... and that included LIFETIME alignment and Road Hazard for the tires. All I ended up getting done at Napleton VW was a Schedule 1 Service for $176. My future oil changes will be $100 at Tires Plus. I really appreciate Napleton's level of service such as the Inspection Video by the Service Technician, Kyle, and the recommended items that I can view and Approve/Decline right from my phone, but I don't like it so much that I'll pay an extra $700. Again, Jacob's service is 10/10! More

Car I inquired about was sold, they showed me a car that they said was 25000 kept me waiting for almost an hour and next thing ai know they present me with a 35k sales price, no EV tax credit which was disc they said was 25000 kept me waiting for almost an hour and next thing ai know they present me with a 35k sales price, no EV tax credit which was discussed and a 770 a month payment. Stay away from this bait and switch dealership. I wish I had known how this place was before I came. Stay away, very deceptive and unethical practices. The best part was how the salesman Eddie came back with a price of 10k more and acted like it was a great deal. What a joke. More
