Horrible experience in the service department I own a '08 Passat , I have taken it to Napleton East orlando VW dealership many times to repair the same problem that they wont fix; more than 4 time I own a '08 Passat , I have taken it to Napleton East orlando VW dealership many times to repair the same problem that they wont fix; more than 4 times the waterpump has been replaced some of the parts were just changed without being properly diagnosed. The service advisers have very poor people skills and it seems like they just want to rip you off, my advise is to not trust these people with your vehicle. More

Will never return I was held hostage in the service department for two and a half hours. I brought the car in and asked them to check out one thing. The wait was so lon I was held hostage in the service department for two and a half hours. I brought the car in and asked them to check out one thing. The wait was so long because they did a "complimentary" 29 point inspection on my car which I never authorized. They recommended I give them $3111 for all the items they found needed attention during their 29 point inspection. What a racket. More
Excellent Service Department! Brought my vehicle in today for my 30 day inspection and Xzilon application. When I first arrived I was greeted immediately by Felicia Stover who was super nice and friendly. She directed me to the inside area and let me know someone would be right with me. I was helped immediately by Andrew Tokarski who was also super nice and friendly. He called me to let me know my vehicle was ready and also set up a window tinting appointment for me at my home. When I arrived he walked me to the check out area, explained what was done to my vehicle and thanked me for coming in. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future. More

I used to take my car here for service when it was Aristocrat and had great experiences. Now that Napleton has bought them out, they have started adding a mysterious "shop supplies" charge onto bill t Aristocrat and had great experiences. Now that Napleton has bought them out, they have started adding a mysterious "shop supplies" charge onto bill that is not mentioned during the price estimate. This is evidently to cover the costs of topping off fluids and disposal fees. It's a sliding scale based on the cost of service, or as the service adviser explained "it's like another tax." No thanks. Although they comp'd it this time, I won't be back for another extra 10% "tax." More
