Poor service center I brought my vechical in for an diagnosis test. The issue was do to the park brake light and notification sound coming on while I am driving. I even video recorded several of the incidents. The video showed me driving with the e-brake down and the car in drive and the park warming notification light and sound going off as I drove. The mechanics could not duplicate the issue while the car was in their service. So the issue was not fixed. I was charged $70 for the diagnosis test. I do not agree that should have been charged this fee as my car is under warranty and I have video evidence of the issue. So I am out $70 and I am still having the same issue. Not sure what good warranty is with VW. More

However, now that I've had the oil change, I've been reentered for a barrage of email and snail mail so that I can't forget this place exists. I've already repeatedly opted out of Sirius XM calls, emails and letters. When I called Sirius XM, just out of curiosity, we confirmed my suspicion that I'm not even capable of having satellite radio, yet they still procede to send me ads, and it is because Napleton clearly sends your information in to them when you have a checkup, just as a reminder. I had already adressed this once, VW has some kind of partnership for kickbacks for enrollments, and Sirius XM then proceeds to do all manner of tomfoolery with you credit card information according to consumer reports. I also get plenty of advertisements from Napleton VW, suggesting I go to places like Miami to get my service checkup... this is such a waste of time, and it's just a nuisance that I don't have time to put up with. I called them recently about the Sirius XM, they said, 'we're so sorry, this never happens, we'll get that taken care of right away...' and I just received this letter about my next oil change. I specifically requested not to be advertised to during the service, I said, 'DO NOT CONTACT ME I WILL CONTACT YOU IF I NEED ANYTHING, AND DO NOT SHARE MY INFORMATION'. I said that to avoid this very situation. They apparently don't have that capability, as the bot in the back is programmed to use my information as they will. I want to stress that this review is not the fault, nor a reflection of the employess I dealt with, but I'm pretty sure that any negative reviews reflect directlly on them, so they ask you to kindly review them and blah, blah.. they were great, but your policies are abhorent and I want nothing to do with you from here on. Hopefully this will get your attention! More

Last minute Appointment I called to bring my Golf in for the recall and was advised to just come in as soon as possible and they would take care of my vehicle. I didn't even I called to bring my Golf in for the recall and was advised to just come in as soon as possible and they would take care of my vehicle. Sales rep vs Maintenance rep did not fix my VW! Awful Service - they are hurting for revenue I was told and the service rep tried to sell me services I did not ask for or need IMO. The were so bad that they didn't even fix the minor issues I had. Stay away from this VW dealer and especially the maintenance department! They are Sale people vs Maintenance people. Be wary. More

The service representative informed me it's not covered and it's only covered if I bought a service plan package. This made a huge impact on me purchasing the vechile. I would have gone else where. I am not pleased to find out I was lied to and now have to review my purchase agreement contract with Napleton Volkswagen. More
