The best car buying experience I've ever had! I have to say, this has been the smoothest car shopping experience I have ever had. My sales person was able to answer all of my questions, I had ne I have to say, this has been the smoothest car shopping experience I have ever had. My sales person was able to answer all of my questions, I had never considered a Passat but Curtis was able give me different options based on my needs. I swear I must be the pickiest person in the world and a decision this big couldn't be rushed, but he was very patient and very helpful. All of my needs were met and I'm looking forward to sending my family and friends to Napleton when they're ready to buy! More

Matthew Earle went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and had my payments where I wanted them right from the start. For a week he was busy showing me different options and was more than patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. He followed up with phone calls and emails and even drove me to their Sanford location to look at cars. In the end he found me exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. Johan Lee worked to get me all the add-ons I wanted while keeping my payments in the range I wanted. They both did everything possible to make sure I left happy, and I did. I will definitely be returning to Napleton VW for future purchases and recommending them to everyone I know who is interested in a VW. Thank you both for all you did, I love my Passat!! More

Now that Napleton has bought them out, they have started adding a mysterious "shop supplies" charge onto bill that is not mentioned during the price estimate. This is evidently to cover the costs of topping off fluids and disposal fees. It's a sliding scale based on the cost of service, or as the service adviser explained "it's like another tax." No thanks. Although they comp'd it this time, I won't be back for another extra 10% "tax." More
