My sales representative, Bradley Hoffman, did a good job helping me purchase the car. The dealership offered me a lower interest rate that what I had from my finance company. The finance part went slower than it should have but once they knew I was waiting, they immediately took me in and we finalized the paperwork. I also liked that the sales representative completed a lot of the preliminary paperwork with me to speed up the process. All in all, it was a good car buying experience. More

Would give the a zero!! Overcharged! Charged a certification fee , extra warranty with no documentation and dealer fee for car lease I had to payoff. Should have paid the lea Overcharged! They didn't even check the recall on the car during the supposed certification process. Will never buy a VW again and will travel as far as I need to not to use their service until I can get rid of it! More

nice dealer I came to Orlando to look at a car from another dealer that left me mad because they did not have the car that they told me they had. Then i saw that I came to Orlando to look at a car from another dealer that left me mad because they did not have the car that they told me they had. Then i saw that this dealer had a car like the one i was looking for just a few years older. They where nice to buy from and turned what stated as crappy day into a good one.
