Sales rep vs Maintenance rep did not fix my VW! Awful Service - they are hurting for revenue I was told and the service rep tried to sell me services I did not ask for or need IMO. The were so bad Awful Service - they are hurting for revenue I was told and the service rep tried to sell me services I did not ask for or need IMO. The were so bad that they didn't even fix the minor issues I had. Stay away from this VW dealer and especially the maintenance department! They are Sale people vs Maintenance people. Be wary. More

I met with Bradley who was able to find me a great APR with crazy monthly payments for a first time buyer. Now I own a new car, which I'm pretty excited about, paying nearly an impossible payment to pay for regular students or adults my age. I wouldn't change it. Now I'm part of the VW family! More

Ian Riding the sales manager ( a jovial Englishman) and Alex made the buying experience as fun as could be. Yes I got a good deal but that was only half of it. We had true, real discussions about my vehicle and what I can expect from Ian and Alex. They lived up to that expectation and did it in a very professional way. I was not just satisfied with my deal but believe that they built a feeling of trust that I never experienced buying a car before. Kudos to Ian and Adam for their great work and highly entertaining afternoon. Bob P. Orlando, FL More

I spent a total of 3+ hours in the car (there and back) to try and purchase a car at the price listed on their website. After driving to the dealership today to purchase the used car which was listed at $15,100. They added an extra $900 dollar dealer doc fee charge, a $500 dollar security charge (window etching), and a $600 dollar remote key charge (for the keys?). That's $2,000 dollars extra right there in extra charges which were not listed on the website, told over the phone, or in person until it was time to purchase the car. That's not all though. They had a charge for electronic fees and a fee they told me I get charged for someone who handles the process to get the plates and registration. I would assume those fees should be already included in the $450 dollar fee which pertains to registration and plates. All said and done the $15,100 dollar car would become close to a $19k dollar "deal". If the dealer would like to make up for this and just charge me the $15,100 for the car it would be a simple transaction, I hand you a certified bank check or cashier's check for the car itself and you give me the title for the car. I'll handle the rest of everything on my own (the taxes, registration, plates). It would have been extremely simple to reverse this review from happening and make the sale happen if you were just willing to drop all of the random fees and changes. More

Now I have to bite the bullet or get my lawyer involve More
Joseph worked tirelessly I'm a negotiator and Joseph made my deal happen. He was tireless and even went so far to make up differences so that I could get the Jetta I wanted. I'm a negotiator and Joseph made my deal happen. He was tireless and even went so far to make up differences so that I could get the Jetta I wanted. They made the process easy, comfortable and friendly. No nonsense and cut to the chase. When the deal was done I drove away in my beautiful new car. They moved mountains to get me the plates, even my old Sun Pass, and exactly the car promised and that I had my eye on. Joseph and Tom were very patient, very kind and helpful. More

My initial experience with this dealership was positive. I went in for a test drive and the rep I met with, Keyla Veras, was cordial and professional. Orlando has no shortage of VW dealerships, and her low-pressure, easy-going attitude was the primary reason I returned to Napleton to do an assessment of my trade-in and get some lease numbers. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my appointment, I found out that Keyla was no longer working there. I had no problems with the new rep I was paired with (Jeffrey Eller), but my interactions with the sales manager (Joseph Birge) left me irritated. I was getting quoted very high lease rates/payments, but what was most frustrating is that he would not (or could not) explain to me how those numbers were calculated. Estimating a lease payment is exceedingly simple. Essentially, you only need four things: the length of the lease, the cost of the car now, the cost of the car at lease end, and the money factor (basically a financing rate, like a loan APR). However, even though they eventually told me what numbers they were working with, the payments they were quoting me were more than $100/month over my estimates. This discrepancy in itself would not have been an issue, but Mr. Birge, despite numerous inquiries on my part, refused to explain how they arrived at those values. Instead, he would resort to old-school tactics, like asking me how much profit margin I think is fair for a sale, and what my maximum monthly payment is. Both of these points are irrelevant. First of all, I'm not a car salesman; I don't know what a reasonable profit margin is. If you quote me a total price for the vehicle, I assume there's some profit baked into that. If not, that's your problem, not mine. No need to get passive-aggressive about it. Secondly, divulging the maximum I would pay per month is a conflict of interest (i.e., what incentive would the seller then have to go lower than that?). Moreover, what relevance does that information have towards a lease calculation? If we're all on the same page on cost, residual, money factor, etc., how can we arrive at drastically different results? And if there is indeed something wrong with my estimate, why the hesitation with explaining to me how you arrived at yours? Looking at these reviews, perhaps my experience was not representative of the dealership staff as a whole. Nevertheless, this business has lost at least one customer until it can start treating me like an educated adult. I give it two stars instead of one because, at least at one point, it employed a sales professional who persuaded me to return to it. More

I purchased the vehicle due to I was told it would have been covered. went for my first oil change at 10k miles and was told it's not covered on the 2016 models unless a package plan was bought when purchasing the vehicle. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Try all other options. Wish I knew the truth so I could have went with my deal from Chevrolet or Honda. The sales representative and manager who assisted me now no longer works there. I purchased the vehicle on September of 2015. Now feels like the worst decision I made in my life. I am never going back! Not even for maintenance or service. More
