I purchased a “new to me” 2020 VW Jetta from Napleton’s VW about a week ago. My sales agent was Luis Soto, with new employee Edison “shadowing” him. I appreciated how relaxed they were —- NO high pressure posturing as I had experienced at several dealerships in the prior 2 days of vehicle shopping. While I generally do not like the sales agents to accompany me on a test drive, it was a pleasure to have Edison on the test drives. (And I test drove 5 cars that morning.). Edison was a wealth of info about each car, all the special features, how they all worked, and how they compared to other vehicles. Luis, also, was knowledgeable and offered his thoughts on options, etc. Rather than focusing on making a sale, their focus appeared to be on providing answers and earning my trust. They were at all times patient and respectful. I would highly recommend Napleton’s VW. More

This dealership is the typical lying/sketchy sales people. I went there earlier in the month to get into a new car. The VP of sales and I were talking for hours and we finally agreed on terms. So I pu people. I went there earlier in the month to get into a new car. The VP of sales and I were talking for hours and we finally agreed on terms. So I put a deposit on a car that wasnt at the lot yet. 3 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them. So I called two days in a row to check the status and finally they got back to me. So get ready to go in thinking it will be the same terms we agreed out when I put the deposit done but of course they were completely different. They tell you what you want to hear , take your money and hope you are okay with their lies. If your VP is a liar. Then everyone else will follow. Do not buy from then. Go to a different VW dealership!! More

Allow me to start off by saying our product specialist was a delight to work with. Shy was knowledgeable, honest, and fun! He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process of choosing a car was a delight to work with. Shy was knowledgeable, honest, and fun! He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process of choosing a car that fit our needs and price point. The dealership itself and it’s management was sketchy and unprofessional. We chose to finance our car through our bank, Disney’s Federal Credit Union: Partners. Both my husband and I are Cast Members and felt most comfortable using this bank for an auto loan. At the last minute we were told by the sales manager that they did not trust our bank to pay them in a timely manner, despite us offering $2,500 as a down payment as well as a trade-in. According to the sales manager, this was due to “bad experiences they have had in the past with other banks”. Mind you, we are banking with a reputable federal credit union run, not some random, unreliable bank. After we shared our final decision to finance with our bank, they gave us two options: either finance with the dealership at a higher rate, or drive across town to close on our loan with the bank and return with a physical check for the full amount of the car. This was after they had spoken to our banker who was willing to send them a scanned copy of the check they were overnighting to the dealership — a standard financial procedure between dealers and banks. The sales manager still denied this. Our family banker who has been in this business for 20 years said that she has never heard of a dealership requiring this of a customer who is trying to purchase a car, and even advised us not to do business with them. We are still trying to figure out how it makes sense to inconvenience a willing, paying customer to this extent. Ultimately, this pettiness on their behalf had us walking away from what was a great vehicle, and wasting three hours of our day off. Tito, the sales manager didn’t even bother to explain his reasoning on our way out. More
