I would be wary of Napleton Valley Hyundai. I didn't buy my car there because they lowballed my trade-in and increased the MSRP by 5k due to a market adjustment. I found another Hyundai dealers I didn't buy my car there because they lowballed my trade-in and increased the MSRP by 5k due to a market adjustment. I found another Hyundai dealership that sold me the car for MSRP and offered me significantly more for my trade-in. So, i thought I would take my car for service at Napleton due to the fact it is only a couple of miles from my home. First I had a 3:30 appt. and didn't get to talk to my advisor till almost 4:00, despite numerous employees walking past me and ignoring me. I brought the car in for a complementary ( under warranty ) oil change. After it took them almost 2 hours to perform the oil change, they informed me I had a bad oil pan gasket and it needed changing, but couldn't do it that day. That was no problem, I understand. I scheduled to bring it in the next week. In the meantime two days later from an oil change on a Sunday morning, I notice a large puddle of oil under my car. I had it towed to the dealership on Monday morning and it was a loose plug or cracked plug, they claimed it was defective. I have had many oil changes and this has never happened to me before, but no problem, everyone makes mistakes. The problem is no apology and they didn't acknowledge the mistake. When I picked up the car I asked if they fixed the gasket ( separate issue ) my advisor said "they couldn't fix it because it actually wasn't leaking and Hyundai wouldn't authorize it. Although they acknowledged the gasket needed changing. When I called the service manager the next day and spoke to him he said he would look into it and get back to me. He has yet to get back to me, its been a week and I'm not holding my breath. Another separate issue, I spoke to an advisor about a problem I had experienced with my front collision warning system, and his advice was to turn it off. I recently jumped on a Hyundai forum and discovered it is a problem and the sensors could be misaligned. This was a major safety issue. In summary, I feel Napleton Hyundai does not really want to handle warranty work and severely lacks customer service skills. I have made Hyundai USA aware of their poor service and will be taking my car to another dealership. If your looking to buy a Hyundai I suggest Ettleman Hyundai. Paul Hanft More

Napleton Valley Hyundai is the place to go when you are in your feelings because you have car trouble. My service advisor, John Pearson, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very informative regarding service in your feelings because you have car trouble. Had regular maintenance completed twice now and both times the computer wasn’t reset so I continue to drive with a message telling me to reset this setting. The hood on this car shakes and they had the car for several days on multiple occasions to try and repair (which wasn’t resolved and still shakes but would rather deal with it than bring it back to them). Upon picking up my car, front passenger seat was reclined all the way down and garbage in the front seat, as if someone was napping or hanging out in there for longer than necessary. And lastly, my valet appointment mysteriously disappeared on their end so I had to call them and reset up the appt over the phone since online system wasn’t dependable. So disappointed and can’t wait for lease and service to be over. Attention to detail is not there. More
Brought my 19 Santa Fe in for quick oil change with an appointment, John was able to get me in and out in a hour. He also let me know about their current tire sale, and to consider a set of tires before appointment, John was able to get me in and out in a hour. Alex and Adam were my service tech, just brought the car had to bring it back for Engine light came . They keep it for 4days so they said all loaners where out so they told be the would rent a car from He had to bring it back for Engine light came . Well got a car from Hertz and they said Napleton’s Valley Hyundai denied cost of rental.. Nice job. Yes i brought the extra insurance. So now i have a charge on my card card for the whole cost of the rental. More
