I had complained on the app Nextdoor about their service dept, and much to my surprise the General Manager reached out to me. He offered his personal cell phone and promised to make things right. Well, he certainly did, he suggested bringing it in the next day and offered me a loaner car while my car was being serviced. They serviced the car and it was ready that same day. I appreciate the fact that Al and Dan cared enough to reach out and make things right, that is all you can ask for. I appreciate what they did and I will be returning when I need service.
