Disappointing would be an understatement. A recall service appointment resulted in a damaged fob that dealer said was "normal wear and tear". They swapped out our fob for a fob that had lock/ A recall service appointment resulted in a damaged fob that dealer said was "normal wear and tear". They swapped out our fob for a fob that had lock/unlock buttons gouged out and pressed back in which almost immediately fell out. Talking with service manager and sending email to their customer care resulted in no acknowledgement of needing to correct their damage. I will never go back for service or a new vehicle and will tell as many people as I can. More

Mike has always treated us well, never oversells, spot on with diagnosis. Fair. I think dealer pricing, while not cheap is reasonable.
