They sold me a new wheel for saab, then replaced the new wheel with a wheel that was not damaged. Had to go back and they had to get good wheel back from junk yard and replace the correct wheel. Mean time wheel with a wheel that was not damaged. Had to go back and they had to get good wheel back from junk yard and replace the correct wheel. Mean time, found out that the wheel they did replace (incorrectly) the tire was put on wrong, with the arrow going in the wrong direction. their reply as to why the work was done wrong was not acceptable. You would think a dealership would know what a bad rim looked like, or at least verify they were doing the correct work. Then when confronted, they couldn't give me a loaner, so had to take offmore time from work to sit while the work was performed...... More
