The reason for my visit was to get my Hyundai Sonata serviced for new tires, but after getting it appraised the thought of purchasing a new vehicle became a possibility. I was first approached by Georg serviced for new tires, but after getting it appraised the thought of purchasing a new vehicle became a possibility. I was first approached by George Charalampous, who took me around the dealership to look for an SUV that would fit my budget and current lifestyle. He was extremely helpful in taking me around and giving me the specifications of all the available vehicles on the lot that fit my criteria. I eventually landed a decision on a Tuscan that I was able to test drive, and instantly loved the vehicle. After discussing the trade in value of my sonata and what my payments would be with the new vehicle, I was approached by Derek Urban. With the help and knowledge from both George and Derek I was finally able to make an educated decision for a fantastic deal on the purchase of my new car! This dealership has excellent customer service with all the support you may need in deciding on a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the two gentleman that helped me. More
I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a used car at NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI !!! 1 1/2 weeks after our purchase, something went wrong with the vehicle. I called and spoke to Bob the Used Car Manager as NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI !!! 1 1/2 weeks after our purchase, something went wrong with the vehicle. I called and spoke to Bob the Used Car Manager asking about this repair. NEVER did I indicate that I wanted the work for free, I was just bringing it back there because that is where we purchased the vehicle. When he called me the next day, to let me know what needed to be repaired, not only was he rude and condescending, but basically calling me a liar and that we caused the break. That he would never sell a car in that condition - WHAT???? we had it for 1 1/2 weeks and drove it only to work. When service contacted me with an estimate (I was actually on my way to pick it up) I told the gentleman in the service department what had transpired earlier in the day with Bob he did apologize profusely, but by that time the damage was done. I took it else where to be repaired for HALF the "discounted" estimate I was quoted. Clearly all NAPELTON'S VALLEY HYUNDI is interested in doing is pushing used cars out the door and have NO interest in you after that! More
purchased my first Hyundai from this dealership 9 years back. It was a wonderful experience then. Since then, I have been getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership and I have to say my experience h back. It was a wonderful experience then. Since then, I have been getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership and I have to say my experience has been nothing but exceptional throughout these years. Service staff is wonderful to work with and they take very good care of the customers. Icing on the cake was the last experience where I got my car towed to the dealership with some engine problem. To my utterly pleasant surprise it was fixed as part of the 10 yr warranty. Honestly I did not expect this. I am at a loss of words on how well I was treated as a customer. Gartner Hyundai ranks at the very top of my list of best customer service organizations. More

We bought a Santa Fe and a Sonata from the dealership. Most of the SALES staff will bend over backwards to sell you a car. The service department will bend over backwards to sell you non-vital services an Most of the SALES staff will bend over backwards to sell you a car. The service department will bend over backwards to sell you non-vital services and try to tell you they are required to keep the warranty in compliance. What they do not tell you is that most of these services can be done @ places like "jiffy lube" and not get hit w/ the premium that dealer-based service departments charge. I have been warned to make sure you get the details on what absolutely needs to be done by Hyundai-certified technicians before agreeing to it. I believe the 60k service (serpantine and timing belts) needs to be done by their techs. We took the vehicle in because of a noise in the brake caliper that was a simple fix, and she still ended up paying $355 for an air filter, tire rotation and some kind of vent disinfectant upsell. I thought the days of the "upsell scam" had fallen by the wayside but here I am $355 poorer than I was when I woke up this morning. Needless to say, I will be having my service done elsewhere & will recommend the same to anyone who might ask. More
Encountered electrical issues with my SAAB 9-3 as soon as I drove it off Gartner's lot. Should have seriously known better when the car was dead in their showroom. Have spent >8y tolerating their complete I drove it off Gartner's lot. Should have seriously known better when the car was dead in their showroom. Have spent >8y tolerating their complete incompetence and deceptive practices trying to resolve. Coming from a family of very happy SAAB owners - it is infuriating that I have been forced to deal with this incredibly low calibre dealer. SAAB and GM definitely have this dealer's number. Be sure to document your complaints with them so that Gartner can finally be put out of business. Exactly where they should be. They have NO business working with the SAAB brand. More
Brought my car in under factory warranty for a few problems. Sunroof would stop when holding the button to close. I told them it was the motor and they kept saying it was the switch. They replaced it. problems. Sunroof would stop when holding the button to close. I told them it was the motor and they kept saying it was the switch. They replaced it. Drove it home, still wasn't working right. Brought it in again. They told me it was because it had to be reprogrammed everytime you use it. Brought it back again and they insisted it was the switch. They replaced that again and still not working. Brought it in again and they said it was a "Module". Replaced that, still not working. They screwed up the sunroof cover. Every time I Hit the brakes it would slam shut. Hit the gas and it would go back. They service guy tried telling me that's normal. They ended up fixing that after I argued that it's not normal. It's currently back at the dealership for the sunroof issue. They called me and told me that "Problem not found". So I told them to keep trying. Service advisor tried it and "problem found". I also had my car in cause I told them the engine sounded loud. They said it was because I was a few hundred miles past oil change and I have an aftermarket filter. Anybody knows the only way it would get loud from the oil is if you have NO oil. Told them about a rattle in my dash. Took the mechanic for a ride and he said he couldn't hear it, even though I pointed it out. My friends who are not mechanics could hear it. He said I need to get a new wheel bearing because I need to fix one problem before he even looks at the other. Took the car to another dealership for another opinion before I spent $300 on a wheel bearing. The other dealership said it was just uneven wear on my tires. So basically if you go to this dealership, chances are that they are going to sell you something you don't need or they aren't going to even try to find your problem. It's a pretty big inconveniance to have to take off work all the time to keep bringing my car there. More
