Jim Caulton, service manager, got us in on time; took care of all our service concerns, and got us out promptly with full explanation of what was adjusted on our Santa Fe. This was our first service visit and we now feel confident with this dealer's personnel & dedication to their products. Sam Baylor, our salesperson, also met us while we were there for service. What a positive guy! Served us coffee, ask about our experience with new vehicle, said to call him anytime we needed help with an issue. Comforting!! The only reason for this review was that for our recent visit, we were totally satisfied for the reasons stated above. More

My 2014 Elantra was in for a Xylon treatment. Jim, my Service contact, was very thorough and gave the VIP treatment! I have always had my Hyundai's serviced at this dealership, and never a complaint. From the moment I drove into the service drive David was there and ready to help. He explained in detail why I received the recall notice for my vehicle. David came to see me with the mechanic and explained what needed to be done and how long it would take to get all the work done. To my surprise I was offered a loaner and was able to move forward with my day. David called me to provide me with updates as the work progressed and when the work was completed. My car was ready when I arrived and had been washed as well. David met me in the service drive and asked if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. This dealer is a bit out of my way as I live in the town of Cicero but the service I receive here makes it worth the trip. David's customer service skills are exceptional and very much appreciated! I will be back! More

I had my car in for service because of problemswith the garage door opener, radio and the light display for the radio. The service department could not have been more helpful. They even gave me a ride o garage door opener, radio and the light display for the radio. The service department could not have been more helpful. They even gave me a ride on their shuttle to Calvary Church because of my time constraint. They do go out of their way to accommodate their customers needs. I am very, very pleased with them. More
The dealership got me in and out pretty quickly and the service manager Joel personally explained everything to me. Price seemed fair and they had ice cream for my kids which was a nice bonus!
