I have had a problem w Dave Ketza ( Service Advisor) has gone above and beyond helping me with my situation.. I pucahsed a 2012 Elantra 2.5 yrs ago... I have had a problem with the steering wheel peeling, I am currently getting a 5th steering wheel looked at .. My aggravation is that I have to drive to the dealership have them look at it , make an apt, then drive back again for the car to be repaired. Dave has helped out greatly giving me contact numbers , explaining protocol, when I have called the dealership Manager I always get a voicemail and I have to leave my number , with call backs never happening from Napelton... The problem comes when I call Hyundia customer service and explained all my trips to the dealership, their answer was " well we are fixing your steering wheel" and then they sent me a license plate holder for my troubles..... Very poor customer service. We have bought 2 cars from the Napelton dealership in the past 2.5 yrs and this is their customer service....Dave Ketza has been the only person their that has gone out of his way to help me as much as he is possible to do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO THERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!took my car in for service , they had my car a week untouched. The only reason they decided DO NOT GO THERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!took my car in for service , they had my car a week untouched. The only reason they decided to "fix "my car was because they wanted their rental back. They never did the work promised including what the GM said they would do! I would never buy another car from them let alone take my car to be serviced there! They are horrible about keeping you updated and informed! Only good thing was I put the miles on their car for a week and not mine:) More
Friendly, wonderful customer service I came in for an oil change & tire rotation, toting my almost 2-year old daughter along with me. The quoted "about an hour" wait turned into two hours I came in for an oil change & tire rotation, toting my almost 2-year old daughter along with me. The quoted "about an hour" wait turned into two hours, and without asking or showing the slightest bit of annoyance or frustration with having to entertain a squirmy toddler for two hours in a waiting room, I was given a heartfelt apology and the phrase, "you're not going to pay for anything." I was not expecting that. Thank you so much for such great customer service! I will definitely be back....and will bring extra supplies just in case! More
annoyed everything about the service and customer service was great until the courtesy pick up from my home to get my car. When I found out the car was ready everything about the service and customer service was great until the courtesy pick up from my home to get my car. When I found out the car was ready I asked for the pickup from my house to the dealership about a 2.5 mile distance. I called and they told me within a half hour. an hour went by and called, they said we will send the car right away. again about 40 minutes went by and nothing. I finally got a ride from my neighbor to go get the car. :( Jim who I worked with was great it was just the car shuttle that was bad More

uncomfortable, in accurate I arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 recall service appointment for the stop lamp switch on my 2010 Tucson. When I took a seat in the service office, there w I arrived at 9:25 for my 9:30 recall service appointment for the stop lamp switch on my 2010 Tucson. When I took a seat in the service office, there was an altercation involving what appeared to be a service tech and perhaps a manager who asked the tech what he was doing sitting in the office. The tech responded that he had been told to wait but didn't know "what the xxxx was going on." When he was confronted again, he used 2 much stronger swears (neither allowed on this site) to express himself and his frustration. At this point another service employee got up from behind his desk and demanded that both of the other gentlemen get "Outside, now!" They all left the office but tempers and language were flaring still on the service floor until they made it out of sight. When the gentleman who had demanded they step outside returned, he yelled at the one man to "Go home! You don't work for me anymore!" But that man still came back into the service office and sat back down. While this was occurring, the service employee with me said nothing at all, not to me nor about the incident. When it appeared completed, he muttered a quiet "sorry about that" and then went to work on my papers. Regarding my service - first he told me the appointment was for my airbag. It was not, and I corrected him. He apologized then explained the correct recall procedure. He told me it would take about an hour. This agreed with what I was also told on the phone when I made the appointment. My intake time was 9:33. My ready time was 11:20. That does not even come close to being accurate. When the service employee arrived in the waiting room, he approached another customer and told her that her stop lamp had been replaced. She said she was there for her airbags. He apologized and found the correct papers to discharge her, then approached me with mine. I was NOT apologized to for the significant increase in work time (almost double what was promised) in any way. It was not acknowledged. I will not return to this dealership for service or sales (it was under different ownership/name when we bought out car). I was made physically and emotionally uncomfortable by the altercation among the employees, and the situation was not adequately or satisfactorily handled. Due to the bumbling of the service employee attending to me, I was left without confidence that I was receiving the service I came for, and I was inconvenienced by the inaccurate account of the time needed for the service. The last time I came for service, I was also kept waiting for twice as long - that time I was given a "free car wash" (aren't they always free?) that I had not asked for and that ADDED to my wait time! When I complained I was given some money off, but that didn't help me make it to my next appointment on time. Finally, the waiting room is distracting with both a television and music competing for my attention at the same time in the same space. And I have to ask for a ticket for a hot beverage? Considering the experiences I have had, they should be buying me lunch (with a cocktail)! More
Great Service On A Holiday!! I went in to get my oil changed, it was the 4th of July so I didn't really expect to be able to get much more done than that. I did need an alignment I went in to get my oil changed, it was the 4th of July so I didn't really expect to be able to get much more done than that. I did need an alignment and my 15,000 mile check up, but I knew it wasn't really going to be possible because of the holiday. Well Jim from the service department really knocked my socks off, he told me that he would be able to get the work done that I needed. He also offered us a ride to wherever we needed to go, but we decided to walk because it was a beautiful day. The service did take a little longer than expected, but Jim even gave us a 20 dollar coupon off of the alignment. Overall my experience was great here!! More
Car needed to be fixed again I had my car towed to the dealer for repair of an alternator. I was called to pick up my car and was told a price that the consultant had got for me. I had my car towed to the dealer for repair of an alternator. I was called to pick up my car and was told a price that the consultant had got for me. When the car was picked up my wife was charged about $50 more than quoted. Driving my car the next day the air conditioning would only blow cold when the car was moving. If it was in park or at a stop light it only blew hot. Also my acceleration was very jerky. I called the service department and was told I needed to get the car back in ASAP because it sounded like something was not connected right. I paid almost $1000 for the service, you think for that money, it would be done right the first time. Not a good first impression from this dealer. More
Should have ran the other way after day 2 On September 2, 2013 we came to this dealership looking to buy a used safe car for my college daughter. She put down a down payment of $5000 of her ow On September 2, 2013 we came to this dealership looking to buy a used safe car for my college daughter. She put down a down payment of $5000 of her own money she had been saving, to be able to get this car. Both me and my husband have bought cars from Gartner, so we felt we would get the same service under the new owner and we were confident with our prior services we had buying both of our new cars. We purchased her a used 2011 Elantra with roughly 40,000 miles. This has been a nightmare from the start. I should have left the dealer after the shady work of the Finance person (Urban). We started out with Capital One, he rewrote the Contact 2 days later claiming he saved us money. The loan per the first paperwork was Capital One, when he rewrote it, it was still under Capital One. So imagine my surprise when 5th 3rd Bank contacted us about our loan, mined you our contract says Capital One. He tricked us into a Services contact that he stated to both me and my daughter that she would be getting free oil changes that was a flat out lie and then he stated I must have misunderstood him, nothing is free. She took the car in after she had put about 6000 miles on it. Now we are being told she needs 2 new tires on the front, coolant system flush and carbin air filter. They sent me back to the dealer that is no longer there. I spoke with the used car manager Bob and the Service Manger Joel. Per the services manager, the information my daughter was given was correct. No one seemed to care, I feels like they were trying to take advantage of us. I asked for a copy of the Certified Pre-Owned check list and to my surprise I get a check list dated 9/2/2014 the same day we purchased the car. How do you pre certify a car on the same day you sale it. As a consumer I would think the pre certification is prior to the sale of the car to make sure any work that is needed , can be done prior to putting the car on the sales floor. I am very disappointed with the treatment we have received with this dealership and will not be buying or referring anyone to this location. I came here because of our prior relationship with Gartner Hyundai, and this has been a very bad experience. I hate paying people to mistreat me. I hope someone contacts regarding this post. More
