Helped with service after a sale Purchased my vehicle from another dealer. Had problems with the Blulink feature. Original dealer REFUSED to help resolve. Called Napleton. GM was Purchased my vehicle from another dealer. Had problems with the Blulink feature. Original dealer REFUSED to help resolve. Called Napleton. GM was very helpful. Connected me with a sales person (Brandon Miller) who resolved the issue in 12 minutes. All my future service work goes to them. My next new Hyundai visit will be to them. More

Bought a used Genesis Coupe for almost $20k and noticed it had a cracked bumper from what looked like a fender-bender. The service & sales manager both agreed they would completely fix the damage. It has now been 1-month and I still don't have the car. I have been back to the dealership 3 TIMES after receiving a phone call that the car is ready only to notice the same damage still there (this last time there was even a new scratch that Bob Jackson - sales manager - agreed was not there before.). At this point, it has been a month, several hours of commute back/forth and still no car. They told me today that 'hopefully' within the next week.... What a nightmare... PS - To show appreciation for my many wasted hours and heartburn, they offered ONE free oil change.... However, after reading the reviews for their oil changes on YELP, I think I'll pass... More
Great Service I am from TX and I went here with out an appointment. This place is under remodeling. When I walked into service floor I saw around 5 of the service I am from TX and I went here with out an appointment. This place is under remodeling. When I walked into service floor I saw around 5 of the service reps. Two were with no customers. There was no welcome or even a hi from anyone for like 5 minutes. I was disappointed. Ine of them was looking at google maps. Jim C was with the customer, and he came and asked me if I have an appointment. I told him no, but he said no problem at all. He was very professional and explained the issues in the car. Prioritized the issues for me as well. He was able to get it done prior to the committed time. I am very happy to come back here. Jim will be my service rep in IL. Thank you so much Jim. Other reps - if you are not busy or even with the the customer please just si me and say hi. Thanks More

Great Service As Usual with Jim I have at least two Hyundai dealers that are closer for service but always go to Napleton (formerly Gartner). Other dealers have been difficult to d I have at least two Hyundai dealers that are closer for service but always go to Napleton (formerly Gartner). Other dealers have been difficult to deal with on both sales and service. We have bought three vehicles through the years and recommend two others who have purchased. Keep it up. More
