Took our Hyundai in for service and got to deal with Darek Kordes for the first time.Once I broke the ice with him,me being older than dirt and him being a wee bit younger,I soon realized he knew his st Darek Kordes for the first time.Once I broke the ice with him,me being older than dirt and him being a wee bit younger,I soon realized he knew his stuff and sounded like he would take care of our car,my wife and me very well.So,he did exactly what he said he would plus a few extra things which,truly made this visit go better than all the ones before since 2019 when we bought this Hyundai from Napleton.He did a super great job for us so we will look forward to seeing him many times in the future. My service advisor Tara Grosch is the reason for my 5 stars. She was fantastic. I felt I was in good hands the minute I walked in the door. My vehicle was done at the time she said it would be and I was stars. She was fantastic. I felt I was in good hands the minute I walked in the door. My vehicle was done at the time she said it would be and I was only up sold on items needed so I felt no pressure. The only negative was the construction. I was a waiter and there was construction going on in the customer area. It was extremely loud. I understand it needs to be done.. but maybe your crew could have waited for the drilling and hammering until after hours or before. Thank you Laura More
Adviser John Pearson was excellent. Helped with repair to tire after high speed blowout. Expedited replacement and recommended actions for my out of state Genesis. The service department is horrible. Diagnosed the car wrong the first time. Said it was the battery. Paid for labor and new battery. Same exact thing happened a few months later. Wanted 750.00 to replace. This car is only 5 years old. We purchased two cars for here and taken all are maintenance on the vehicle to Napleton. But after being shafted by the device department . I will no longer take my vehicle there and I will no longer have anything to do with Napleton. Before this, Napleton was my number 1 dealership. More
Brought vehicle in for service. Vehicle was not washed or vacuumed as promised by greeter.
