Broken service appt Set appt for 5k oil change and service at 10:20a Saturday 9/17. Waited 30 minutes in car line to get to the service bay. Asked why with an appt the wait. Was told we are busy. Asked why they weren't honoring the appt time? No further explanation. Took Icarus to car wash and they did the oil change. Never received an apology or phone call to re-schedule. Sent 3 emails to Murphy with no response. More

Napleton Valley Hyundia's employees, from the sales floor to the service department, to management... were the most caring helpful people. I had issues with my current car due to going to Pugi, who only cares about the sale, lied, as well as didn't enter something correctly and eventually a huge bill I was not responsible for went to collections. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix the problem for 6 months. I wanted to end my lease early and went to Napleton explained my situation... not great credit, ending lease early, no cosigner... and they did everything they possibly could to help me get out of my current car which I was very unhappy with and into something reliable safe and worth the money. My monthly payments were not worth what I was driving. On top of everything I needed new roaders. I was so upset, nothing was going right. The service gentleman took care of the whole cost. Didn't tell me until he said okay your done all fixed we took care of it all. I started crying of happiness. Every employee in that dealership treated me as a person, and the sale was the last thing on their mind. I will write a review on every website telling people that this dealership is not like others. They care about you, your situation, and every single person will do everything in their power to make whatever you need, happen for you. More
Service I have been to this dealer several times for service for my Sonata and this was the best experience so far. Todd was awesome. He kept me informed and I have been to this dealer several times for service for my Sonata and this was the best experience so far. Todd was awesome. He kept me informed and went above the call of duty. He arranged a pick up for me when I had no one else to take me to get my car. This goes a long way for me in customer service.
