Service So today Monday January 21,2019 I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived pulled into service line and proceeded to be acknowledged for an hal So today Monday January 21,2019 I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived pulled into service line and proceeded to be acknowledged for an half hour. The only time I was spoke to was to tell me to move back out of the garage because the car in front of me was not staying for some reason. I was not told why just to back up!!! So I did. Then the guy behind me was going to pull forward in my spot and I yelled out the windo I was not leaving it was the person before me. He then proceeded to pull in the other lane ahead of me. The car in front of me never left and got out of his car. Nothing was ever said to me what was going on . Service people just kept walking past ignoring me. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. In the mean time the guy who pulled ahead of me , his info was taken and he went into the waiting room. Still no acknowledgment of me waiting for half An hour!! I then said to Someone open the door and I backed up and left. And no when my lease is up I’m done with Napelton Aurora More
Service Experts I have had many struggles with my used Hyundai purchased from carmax. Horrible Service Experience I had a horrible experience at the service center. I had an appointment on Saturday to fix my door. They claimed to have fixed it on Saturday so I too I had a horrible experience at the service center. I had an appointment on Saturday to fix my door. They claimed to have fixed it on Saturday so I took it home. I get home and it's not fixed... I call on Saturday night to make an appointment on Tuesday to get it resolved for 6pm and i got there early at 5pm. I never received a call on Tuesday night about my car, so I had to call them on Wednesday morning about my car. They hadn't even started or looked at my car when i had an appointment! Dont schedule appointments if you are not going to have time to look at the cars or even bother to call... Then because of the inconvenience they did not charge me for the labor, but I still had to pay for the part. I appreciate not having to pay for the labor, but i know for a fact that the labor is cheaper than the part and the one part was almost $300... I am very disappointed at the experience I had with the service department and i wont be coming back for any service at this dealership. Dan was an excellent service representative, so i thank him for that, but otherwise I was not pleased or impressed. More
1 hr and 45 mins and No Oil Change !! Came in for Oil Change at 5:20pm and was told by the service representative that it will take about 45 minutes for Oil Change. Unfortunately it’s been Came in for Oil Change at 5:20pm and was told by the service representative that it will take about 45 minutes for Oil Change. Unfortunately it’s been 1 hour and 45 minutes and my car was standing in the same area as I brought in for Oil Change. No mechanics have worked on it for Oil Change. I happened to talk Service Manager and explained the incompetence of Service Representative not being able to handle a simple Oil Change in a timely manner (45mins). I am told and given assurance by Service Manager that my car will be ready in 25 minutes. It’s very strange that the 25 minutes work didn’t get accomplished in 1 hour and 45 minutes. More

Didn’t have time for me Stopped in a month or two ago. They helped 2 people before me that came in after me. Was told they didn’t have time to do my oil change. Had to leave and drive all the way to downers grove for service even though I live in the apartments behind the Honda and could’ve just walked back to my apartment while waiting. Your loss More
Too many problems with my car after each visit Took my car in for Bluetooth update (?) and phone was still paired I just had to re-connect every time I got into my car. Told the warranty expired but would replace the entire radio if I pay labor ($140.00) Bluetooth worked fine before this update. Told my phone was not compatible with the Santa Fe Bluetooth. What? It worked fine before I took it in. Took my car back, for another recall, metal shavings check, and my car runs rough now. Told by Sam there are no error codes. I've driven my car for 4 years I KNOW when something is different with my car. NOW, since having the car in for the Bluetooth, the 3rd time for service, I hear a rattle in my drivers side front suspension. Too many issues when I leave this dealships service. More
