Joe Williams was our sales associate at Napleton's Hyundai. Our 2008 Santa Fe was deemed condemned and we were put in touch with him to help us get back on the road. He was able to help us get a 2021 Hyundai. Our 2008 Santa Fe was deemed condemned and we were put in touch with him to help us get back on the road. He was able to help us get a 2021 Venue. He was very professional and courteous. We are sad to say goodbye to our Santa Fe but with his help we now say hello to our new Venue. 5 STARS across the board. More
We had our 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid in for hybrid warning system issues. Our service advisor Sam Zayed was very helpful in all facets of the diagnostic and recommended repair process. He has been helpful on numerous visits in the past for our vehicles, and my wife was pleased when learning that Sam would be handling this visit for us as well. I have been a new car customer of Hyundai since 2000. I have purchased 3 Elantras and a Santa Fe, and all my sales experiences have all been good. The problem I have is with the poor service approach Napleton has taken. I brought a car in for service recently, and I was forced to about wait 1/2 an hour outside in my car while service associates did little to move the line of cars dropped off before mine. Shortly after my wife made the appointment for service last week, she got a call from someone at Napleton who advised there was a special oil change and tire rotation offered for $49.00. When I mentioned this to the Service Associate, he had no idea what I was talking about and thought it might be a coupon. It was no coupon, it was an offer made on the phone by someone at Napleton. When she called back to speak with someone about the offer, the phone essentially rang off the hook with no answer. On her second call, she asked to speak with the service department. The service associate said he knew nothing of the the deal. They said she should speak with someone else...who would that be, I wonder, because they did not refer her, they just said you'll need to talk to someone else. Dropping a car for service should be quick and easy, but your people take a cavalier attitude toward the convenience of their customers. It is fortunate Hyundai makes a good product that rarely needs service (in my experience), but when service is needed, I think I will go elsewhere. More

On Friday September 18, 2020 I went to a different Hyundai dealership due to me needing a oil change and overall recommendations that is needed for all the miles that I have on my vehicle. All the other Hyundai dealerships were booked in the whole state of Illinois. I was just about to give up about calling around to see who was able to see me on this day, and they were able to take me in. I work in healthcare in 2 different states so it is very hard to get a day off of work, so when I'm able to get a day off it means a lot to me to be able to get things done in my personal life, like getting my truck fixed. I came across service advisor Sam Zayed and he made my day a much better day by being nice and thoughtful of my busy life schedule. This dealership is so clean with wonderful staff!!! I am so disappointed in the service, the “worse dealership experience I ever visited.” I brought my car in for an oil change today and was very disappointed in the time it took to get it done and s dealership experience I ever visited.” I brought my car in for an oil change today and was very disappointed in the time it took to get it done and service I received. My appointment was at 11:40am and by the time I received my car it was after 3 pm. According to the guy in charge, all the guys were at lunch and will get to it when they finish it. He said, your appointment was at lunch time- I took the appointment that was given to me, I didn’t ask for it. The entire experience was awful, I felt like I was being held hostage. To top it all off, when I received my car back it was so dirty, my car was actually clean when I took it there, not sure what they did to it- so much for their complimentary car wash. I had to take it in to a car wash since there was mud on the hood and the back window. The hood looks like there are scratches on it. The waiting area was not cleaned at all the entire time I was waiting there. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be adding comments to Yelp and where ever I can.. More
I bought my vehicle in June. It's now September and I am still unable to drive it. I came from Iowa to buy this car, knowing the process would be tricky, but due to lack of communication, it was delayed. Y still unable to drive it. I came from Iowa to buy this car, knowing the process would be tricky, but due to lack of communication, it was delayed. Yousef was great and put up with a lot from the sales department. They did not communicate with him at all. So when they lost the loan check and my second payment for the extended warranty, they didn't say anything. I waited. I thought it had gotten lost in the mail. So, I called, told them I would cancel it and order a new one. (I would later find out they had it the whole time and didn't tell me.) The same day I sent the new one out along with a second check for the warranty, I received the old one with notes, saying I missed a spot to sign. Later I would find out they were incorrect about where to sign. They never told me what they did with the first loan and warranty checks. They did not contact me when they needed more information, because they "didn't want to bother me." The delivery took entirely too long and didn't show up until midnight (a month after I was supposed to finally see my new car). The guy nearly crashed my car, not knowing he hadn't put the parking break on. The car is missing parts. Covers on seatbelts, covers for tow hooks, and has marker all over the headliner. It was not like that when I viewed the vehicle. I purchased an extended warranty, and I have yet to see any paperwork on it or how to continue paying it. Not like I can drive it anyway. I'm still waiting for my title, registration and plates. The temporary pass expired before I even received my vehicle. I've attempted contacting the sales department, title/registration department, and even the general manager to have my issues resolved. They have offered nothing in return for the poor service and delays. Just reassurance that it will be fixed soon. If I could, I would sell the car back. More
