I walked into the dealership and encountered the most incredibly warm and friendly staff I have ever experienced at a dealership. I am not the most knowledgable about cars, and he broke everything down for me so I was completely clear about what features my car had and how they compared to other models. Any and all questions I had were more then answered. When Michael became involved in the sale I could tell that yes they did want to sell a car, but they did want to give me the best deal possible. They spent a lot of time with me going over the benefits and the fine details, and the offer I ended up with was quite impeccable. Pretty close to impossible to replicate in my opinion. Clearly they are a business and need to push out vehicles, however I am not the easiest to please and I was extremely particular in what I wanted. Even still, they went to great lengths to please me. It was nice to not be treated as an annoying person who is being unrealistically picky, they saw it as what can we do for you to make this work. An absolute turn around from the typical car dealer stereotype. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in superior customer service and a friendly reliable staff to help you achieve your goals. There is with out a doubt a reason why this is the #1 dealer in the state!! Please take my word for it when I say they can make it happen. More

Jordan was wonderful and very helpful. He kept to his word and called us as soon as he found the car we were looking for I went right away and looked at the car . My family and I were in need of a new car. We have been advocates of Hyundai ever since we rented the Tucson past year to drive to Florida. We started off speaking with another dealership 5 minutes from our home. That was a train wreck to say the least. Napelton was about an hour away. However, the distance was MORE than compensates for. I'm not sure if I can even do this review justice. There are three people at the dealership that made this car buying experience truly rewarding. In a nutshell: they sent their guys out to get the requested car I asked for as far as exterior/interior/package was conceded, over 500 miles away, and of only that, drove it to my house AFTER they took it to their dealership for an inspection. Sam is just a terrific guy, and as he was bringing my car to my home, he stopped and picked up a birthday cupcake for my daughter who was turning 10. Derek is a guy who gets things done... Period. I gave him a bit of a challenge and he rose to the occasion ten fold. An amazing guy with a passion for his job! And, talking about passion for his job, there's Mike. All I can say about him is that he is unlike anyone I know. Mike knew the problems I was having with the initial Hyundai dealership I started doing business with, and ensured me that if I put my trust in him that he'd do what they couldn't. He did just that. And, what makes him and the dealership so fantastic... That they did it better! You guys will forever have my gratitude and my business. Thank you so much! More
