Terrific buying experience!!! I visited several dealers looking to trade in my 2010 Santa Fe and upgrade to the 2014 model Santa Fe. Like anyone, I was looking for the best deal. I visited several dealers looking to trade in my 2010 Santa Fe and upgrade to the 2014 model Santa Fe. Like anyone, I was looking for the best deal. Two of the dealers were eliminated right away because of rude and discourteous treatment and it came down to two dealers. The driving force behind my decision to do business with Napleton's Hyundai was the way Kris Bussey handled the transaction from A-Z. I went about the purchase very systematically and required several visits before I was ready to purchase. Each time I met with Kris, he treated me with extreme professionalism. He was kind, courteous, and VERY patient. He basically treated me like a guest in his home and made sure I was able to accomplish what I wanted to without unnecessary pressure. The other dealers were very high pressure and that was a big turn off for me. After Kris helped me decide what model and features I'd like to purchase he mapped out the entire process and followed through each step of the way. There was never a time working with him I felt uneasy or pressured. The rest of the staff did a great job as well although I have to give most of the credit to Kris for the great job he did and the time he spent with me. I've already told a couple friends to go see Kris when they need a new car because of the great job he did! Thank you Kris! I love my new Santa Fe so much! More

Waste of time I first went in there for a SCHEDULED oil change. It took more than 2 hours!!! I just did oil, no tires, no inspection. My paint started to bubble and rust when the car is only 6 months old. I called no one was able to help. I left a message for the service manager no help at all. Even though i live closer to napelton, they will no longer receive any business from me. i will be driving an extra 15-20 min to gerald hyundai from now on. I work in the car business and have never experienced or seen such terrible customer service. Good bye napelton. More

We were referred to Napleton's Valley Hyundai by a friend. Our first contact was with Mark the Business Manager. We were concerned about securing financing since we had several rocky years with a start up company. He assured us he could assist us and set up an appointment with George Charalaampous to find the right vehicle for us. George was great! Never felt pushed in any direction. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to be sure we understood features of the vehicle. We ended up with a Santa Fe Sport and I love it! With all the technology in todays cars it can be overwhelming. George took the time to be sure he got many of the features set up for me and then took time to take me through each feature thoroughly. He also suggested I come back in a few days and run through anything I was not clear on. I would undoubtedly recommend George and Mark to family and friends. I felt welcomed and was treated with respect. I never felt pushed nor did I have to go through a uncomfortable "negotiation" to get a great price.
