I started browsing their website, and had a few questions regarding the online pricing of the vehicle. Sunainna assisted with all my questions, quite promptly I might add. They explained everything in detail, and there was no added pressure to purchase anything additional as I have had with other dealerships. My wife is now looking forward to going back when her lease is up. On the way out we saw they decorated another customer's purchase that was their child's first car. We thought it was nice that the dealership would do that. More

He spoiled us to the extreme!!! Meanwhile a very cute young lady, Jackie, served us coffee when Jimmy The Greek appeared.. And the party started.. By then we didn't know that someone was working very hard to find the best deal to finance the new car..Kiko the magician.. He plays with numbers until he will get the best the market has to offer Now why I had to write a review?? Because I never had so much fun in my life.. Just a few days earlier I had the worst experience at BILL K in Lisle.. I bought a car after hours and hours of waiting to return it a minute later.. It was destroyed from rust and naïve me I didn't ask to check it because I trusted the sales people.. Steve before even the test drive had a detailed survey of several cars we were interested for.. What I could say about Niko Kritikakos.. Big smile, big heart , and the best when it comes to explain every little detail about our new toy.. The end of the story.. If you want to feel like a kid in toy's r ' us when you are ready to buy a car and you don't want to go through the frustration of waiting and waiting and feeling cheated , then you have only one option.. My husband and I wanted to purchase a vehicle that could serve as my day-to-day transportation, but also serve as a family car for road trips. With so many SUVs on the market, it was getting rather overwhelming trying to decide what to choose. Napleton Hyundai took away that feeling, by offering us expert advice and pricing based on our needs. We knew we could trust them and that they truly wanted to find us something we would be happy with. It just felt different working with them than other car dealerships. To top that, I didn't know that getting a new car would be that easy! The whole process was completed in no-time, and when we came to pickup our vehicle, one of the sales staff spent time walking us through our vehicle and showing us all the features. He even setup our cell phones with the blue-tooth service! They are were so friendly and helpful and we absolutely love our new Sante Fe.
