When I went to purchase a car, three people were crowding around and didn't bother to help me. After waiting for about 10 minutes someone came out inside and helped me. He asked what I was interested in and gave him a price range i was looking to buy at, I was then scoffed at for making such a price and he told me to look elsewhere and that he couldn't help me. I was there for less than 10 minutes and will NEVER go back. They were clearly not interested in making a sale, I then went to Ford and was treated just the opposite with their outstanding customer service, I subsequently purchased my car there. More

In short, the offer turned out to be laden with strings attached and left me at the mercy of the finance dept of the dealer. In the 2 hours I was there Greg pitched in keeping the kids entertained offered drinks, help and was just overall a genuinely nice guy. He was personable, was easy to relate to and had some good "car guy" stories to share on the test drive. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. Kiko was great, he was the first person to be completely transparent with me about my situation, offered me options and was patient enough to endure all my questions and didn't bat an eye when i asked him to re-explain most of it to my wife. He let me know how my decisions will affect rebuilding my credit and suggested other things outside of the car loan to help. Both Kiko and Greg stayed till past 11pm on a Wednesday to get me on the right track and driving again. I have bought 10+ cars in my lifetime and this is the first dealership experience where I felt like I was actually treated like a human being. More

Everyone that we know for the most part has gotten their cars from this dealer, and loves them! Everyone we know that went had good to perfect credit. So here we go with less than great credit, with no money down, and to be honest not a lot of hope to find a car. The guys at Napelton are phenomenal. We were attended to right away, asked what we were looking for, price range, car type, etc. Greg was great. He listened to what we wanted, tried his best to find something, and was very patient. Mike was great as well, he really seemed like he wanted us to leave with something. Of course they are salesmen and this is what they do, but they didn’t make it seem like we were just a number or quota that needed to be met. Finally when it seemed we would find nothing Kiko stepped in to help. Awesome, awesome help! He worked with our numbers in a way that (could be part of his job) felt like he was going beyond his job. He broke down our expenses for my husband and I, showed us where we could save, what could be replaced, and opened our minds to areas in our expenses and even in our credit that would be benefitting us. Overall our friends and family were right. This is a great dealer. They really care about their customers not just their sales. We will definitely be back in the future and hopefully we would make it a little easier on them the next time ?. Clearly there isn’t a situation that Napleton’s cannot handle. More

RADIO AND CD PLAYER. RADIO DRAINED BATTERY WITH ENGINE OFF, SENT RADIO TO CALIFORNIA TO BE FIXED.TOOK FOUR WEEKS. PUT BACK IN YESTERDAY. STILL BROKE. WHY WOULD SOMEONE FIX SOMETHING WITH OUT CHECKING OUT HIS SENT RADIO TO CALIFORNIA TO BE FIXED.TOOK FOUR WEEKS. PUT BACK IN YESTERDAY. STILL BROKE.
