Please, learn from my experience and avoid this location and Hyundai for that matter. I purchased a certified used Tucson in January (2026). My salesman was Vasile. Trouble from the start. They told me the and Hyundai for that matter. I purchased a certified used Tucson in January (2026). My salesman was Vasile. Trouble from the start. They told me the car was certified, yet it wasn’t. I had to return for it to be certified. Within 2 weeks, it was leaking oil. Needed an oil pan replacement. That was just the beginning. I had to have the car towed in 4 additional times for repairs. Yet, I live closer to another dealership and they informed me that this car should have never been certified because it’s a “lemon “ I also had to have 2 more oil changes because apparently it was done incorrectly here. The dealer in Matteson said the best option is to give up the car and take a hit to my credit because it’s will continue to have issues and be out of warranty. Blue link doesn’t work. It tells me the car is normal even when it was broke down on the side of the road and undriveable. The customer service for Hyundai told me that I have a lemon and they want to make this right and then they never reached back out to me. I wouldn’t believe this were possible if I weren’t having to experience it for the last 6 months. Shame on Napleton. Shame on Hyundai. I only hope this review helps others never have to experience the nightmare I am currently living through. . More

I just paid this dealership for an expensive repair on my 2013 Jaguar XF & the problem still exist. It was leaking coolant so several things had to get replaced. I bought the car from this dealership in Marc 2013 Jaguar XF & the problem still exist. It was leaking coolant so several things had to get replaced. I bought the car from this dealership in March of 2024. I started smelling coolant a week after buying it. At first they told me I had to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in. So at a later date they replaced a hose. Remind u today is June 1st 2026 & over $6,000 later I’m still smelling coolant & it’s still leaking. At this point I’m mentally drained & I will NEVER do business with this dealership or its affiliates again!! More

We have had nothing but trouble after purchasing a car from this dealership. Horrible Service Experience. We have had to have a new motor put in, new axels, back up camera is all of sudden. Not working, the AC does not work, you can’t roll down the passanger side window from the drivers side. Yes, we bought the car used and yes we got the extended warranty but I have spent over $3000 on this used car that was apparently multi-point inspected when we bought it. We haven’t even had it a year! We will never buy another car from this dealership. At this rate I wish they would by it back because it is a lemon! More
