Charged for work not done! Let me start off by saying stay AWAY! I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a lo Let me start off by saying stay AWAY! I took my van to the Napelton Dealership in Kissimmee yesterday at 3pm and because of the issues, was given a loaner van. Keep in mind I live over 40 miles away and it takes an hour five, to an hour forty five depending Orlando traffic to get there. Everything seemed great; the Service Advisor seemed knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get me in when my vans AC died. He wrote everything up and told me he would call me when the repair work was done. At 10am the next day, I received a call, my van was finished. So I left work early, was in the van an hour and thirty-five minutes before I got to the dealer, arriving at 5:45pm. I came in, paid my$107 deductible, and headed to my van, to only find out that the repair was not done and the AC blower still did not work. So I went back in to only be told, to take the loaner again and it should be done by Tuesday. After spending 1.5 hours in the van, paying $25 one way in gas, I told him that I would prefer my van and would like to schedule a time to bring it back. He told me there was no need, to just bring it back any time as he had no mechanics available to finish the job. When I asked how long the repair would take, I was told several hours. This in itself is infuriating, but it gets better. When I left and tried calling several managers from the service manager who I know was there, to trying to get a hold of the operations manager for the dealer, was told by the 2 ladies working the phone they would try them, to only be disconnected 4 times and then sent to voicemail. After this experience of them not fixing my vans issues, charging me for the repair and billing Dodge for the warranty work, I called Dodge to put a complaint in as the dealer is committing fraud. I do not recommend this dealer as they put on a good show, but charge you for work they do not do! When you try to get an answer, they hang up on you. The repair should have been completed before I was called to drive out their. Stay AWAY! I will be fighting for my deductible back, as I will be going to another dealer to have the issue fixed. More
Waste of time Enquired about a vehicle, was asked 3 times to go and look at vehicle. 3 times the vehicle wasn't even in stock or on the premises. Altogether about 4 hours wasted as they were working a price out, then comes with a price higher than the sticker price they sent me. More

Because the salesman in the car sales department was rude and very unprofessional tords me. So I wasn't going to come back. He was incredibly nice and helpful. They worked on my car after midnight and had it ready by next morning. He texted me to let me know what the problem was and that it was ready. He also called a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I can tell you I originally serviced my car in Orlando but not anymore. I have found my new Dodge service department at Napleton Dodge! More
STILL WAITING FOR SERVICE/HORRIBLE We took our car in for an oil change here like we've been doing for several years now and on our way out another vehicle that was also there for serv We took our car in for an oil change here like we've been doing for several years now and on our way out another vehicle that was also there for service had been left on neutral by a service tech and yes, it crashed into my car, this was very frustrating as we were a day from leaving on our family Vacation of course with our vehicle, not happening, then a sales manager approach my husband and told him to make a scene and scream that way he can get a great deal on another vehicle, wow right. My husband and I are not those kinds of individuals, we treat people and deal with situations with professionalism and expect that in return. To our surprise we were treated the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. At first we were told that a rental could be given to us but not taken out of state which did not work for us, and so we thought, ok since we were planning to trade in our car at the end of the year and purchase a new one guess this has to be the time. I cannot stress to you that my husband was at this dealer since 9am to 9pm. Some periods with no Contact for 2-3 hours straight and with no car was not able to eat all day and the dealer did not even have the courtesy to offer him a drink, water, nothing, not even customer service . It was after I arrived and complained about how he has been treated and ignored that the salesman Lebron, which by the way was the only person there with customer service literally walled a crossed the street and brought us bottles of water with his own money, UNBELIEVABLE. So without be able to give us what we wanted which was clearly doable and what was the right thing to do in this case, keep in mind this would have been my third purchase from napleton and we have been a client since 2006, and so to tell you the disappointment we felt was just untolerable, so the next day we picked up the rental provided as they then told us that we can drive it out of state. That evening I sent out an email to both the GM and the Regional to let them know of my experience and lack of customer service in their dealership. First I spoke to GM which for the majority of the call he spoke and had me on speaker the whole entire time and ultimately told me that there was nothing else that he can do but ensures that the damages to my vehicle would be properly fixed. The next morning I got the call from the regional manager which was a complete different experience from the general manager was very professional heard what I had to say told me to reach out to him when I got back from vacation to work out the deal and take care of us. Well came back from vacation and after 4 messages I'm still waiting for him to call me back so there is that. We received a call on Monday from service that our car was ready, keep in mind we was made sure of that our vehicle was going to be repaired as it never happened, my husband couldn't repeat and stress enough thay he wanted the parts replaced not put back together with BONDO And yes to our shock, not only was the job done terribly and clearly no one checked the final work, there were parts left over in the back seat that didn't get back on and yes No new parts minus the headlight it was bondo and poorly done, the bumper and fender did not aline and clips were still broken.... and so we're going on three weeks now and I still am driving the rental and waiting on a call from service to let me know if parts will be ordered for my vehicle and when I can expect it. If you are looking for customer service, heck service at all don't come here. If are looking to be treated with respect, with courtesy don't come here. If you are looking to get treated like another number, or looking for a bad deal that they take hours trying to make it seem that it's the best deal that they can give you, if you are looking to get ripped off and passed on then this is the place for you. After numerous calls to get help in reissuing the check, I was unfortunately connected with Kathy Padron. She was so horribly rude and condescending. Her tone was nasty and not appreciated. She has no clue what my circumstances were. There was no need for her nastiness and I certainly don't deserve to be treated so horribly. I simply asked how to get a check reissued. Prior to dealing with this person I would have recommended Napleton. Now, however, I will spread the word that service after a purchase is a nightmare. More
Took My Money, Didnt Repair And Denied Me My Refund! Im From New York. Moved To Kissimmee For A Better Life For Myself And My Family. I Met Henry And He Seemed To Be A Polite Honest Person INITIALLY Because He Sold Me The Best Coverage 400.00$ Down Payment. 45days Later I Dropped My Car Off Due To A Couple Issues. He Kept My Car For 7days And Gave Me A Rental. When I Picked Up My Car I Was Told From Henry That EVERYTHING was Fixed. When I Drove Off The Lot I Immediately Noticed I Had The EXACT same Issues And The Same Service Lights As When I Dropped My Car Off. Henry Told Me He Was Sorry It Was A MisCommunication With The Service Guys. He Couldnt Fit Me In The Schedule For My Car To Get Serviced , He Would Call Me Tomorrow.......... Then Tomorrow .... Then The Next Day .... Then Next Week ..... Next Thing I Know It Was 2 Months Later And He Was Still Waiting On The Parts He Had Ordered! So I Stopped Paying My Monthly Warranty Bill And I Demanded To Talk To His Boss Which I Met With Brian Hessler . In A Meeting Henry Admitted To Brian Nothing Was Fixed. He Admitted It Was A MisCommunication With The Service Guys. At That Time I Terminated My Warranty And Wanted A Full Refund Which I Was Told Would Be Returned To Me In 6-8 Weeks Along With The 100$ Deductable That Henry Was Told To Pay Me Back From His Own Paycheck . Here I am 6 Monthssssss Later And Never Recieved My Refund .... Brian Hessler Doesnt Pick Up The Phone At His Desk And Never Returns My Calls After Leaving Numerous Voice Mails . I Was Told From The Acountant Dept. That In Their System It Shows I Am Not Entitled To No Refund Which Is Obsurdddd Because I Spent Alil Over 700$ At Napleton And Never Had NOTHING fixed! Great Friendly & Prompt Service! I'm from Philadelphia and was in Kissimmee on vacation. My car broke down New Years Eve. New Years Day I was calling dealers to see what their hours I'm from Philadelphia and was in Kissimmee on vacation. My car broke down New Years Eve. New Years Day I was calling dealers to see what their hours would be for the weekend and, to my pleasant surprise, Napleton was open. I spoke to a service manager named Marty. He advised me to bring my car right in and talk to service rep Henry. Took me about an hour to get there, but when I arrived Henry greeted me right away and immediately analyzed my car, telling me what the problem was. Then he arranged for a ride back to my hotel, and since the repair was under warranty he arranged for a rental car for the next day. They promised to have it fixed the next day, Saturday, and it was ready Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately when I picked the car up Saturday night the "check engine" light came on again after driving for about 40 minutes. I took the car back in on Sunday morning and was greeted by Brian, the service manager on duty then. He immediately put the analyzer on my car, advised me what he thought was wrong with it, cleared the fault light, and said I'd be OK driving home, which I was. The service I received byHenry, and then Brian, was second to none!! If i lived in the area I'd buy my next car from them. Hats off to Henry and Brian for doing all they could for me while facing this situation on vacation. It couldn't have turned out any better:) Napleton Chrysler Kissimmee should be the standard setter for auto dealerships and Chrysler should be very proud of them! More
