Napelton service is hands down the best and only service department I bring my truck to. I drive 70 miles for them to service. My father went to Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 6 weeks ago tomorrow at 1460 E Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The reason for our visit was because our family car, Chrysler 300 2005, kept shutting weeks ago tomorrow at 1460 E Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. The reason for our visit was because our family car, Chrysler 300 2005, kept shutting off. After reading reviews online such as https://repairpal.com/pcmtcm-software-updates-will-address-shifting-problems-629 it seemed to be the ECM or PCM. The dealership services dept said they would be able to help find a third party to fix it because they've never seen a problem like this before. I'm not sure why they didn't contact corporate and ask for help. Instead, they sent our computer engine to a third party, who then had to send it back because they couldn't fix it. Then the services dept. sent it to another third party they found could "help". It still has been a week and a half since they sent the part. I called the service manager, Mike R., 10/22/19 and left a voicemail. He never called me back, instead, he had his service rep, Earl, call my father directly. On 11/5/19, I decided to call again and try to get an update, which again, I asked to speak with the Service Manager, Mike R., who was not helpful at all. He told me that my father's Chrysler 300 wasn't a car they sold and one which they aren't used to service. However, nowhere on the door of this services department does it say "we can only service vehicles we sell." It sounds like a bunch of excuses to me. Since the car has been there for almost 6 weeks, and we are CARLESS, I asked if there was anything he can do. Mike said, "I can put you in touch with our sales dept. so they can give you a trade-in value for your car or I can give you enterprise car rentals phone number but you have to pay for the rental yourself." I'm sorry, but how is that going that a solution to fixing my car? How can this dealership do nothing for my family given they've had the car for 6 weeks? I'm very appalled and taken back by the attitude and behavior of this service manager. The customer experience has been absolutely upsetting and is not making me feel like a valued customer, at all. It is also weird that Chrysler, who invented the ECM / Engine being able to run only through the computer, no longer produces this component anymore. There are many other people who have run across this issue from my online searches, such as the review seat mentioned above. It's not like my father's car is the first one this has ever happened to. I am leaving this review as a way of looking for support or help. What would you want to be done if you were in this situation and had to be treated the way we have with this services manager? More

Try to rip you off After bringing vehicle in for an oil change I was told that after their inspection that I needed an allignment, tire rotation and wheel balancing. Very strange as the dealer which I purchased from did this 2500 miles ago. The Oil change is bait to get you to spend more money unessasarily. Beware!!!! More
Parts Department and Service Department Suck! I had my 2005 PT Cruiser in to get the convertible top repaired as the cables snapped that lifts the top over the vehicle. They then charge me $165 to diagnose the problem, even before they can resolve the issue. The service tech comes back and says that I have to replace the entire convertible lift system totalling over $1,600! I tell them that I can't afford that and then go to their parts department and order the cables and spring that I suspect will resolve my issue. Their cost to me for cables and springs is over $165. They only order only one cable. I thought for that price, it was for two. The parts take over 10 days to arrive and I had to call the Parts Department to find out where's my order. I then decide to have their Service Department install the parts. They call me back a week later to tell me that it's too complicated to repair. They want to again, replace the entire system I've never met so much incompetence in my life. I will never recommend Napleton to anyone and never purchase service, parts or anything from this worthless company. More
