I inquired about an appraisail of my trade online and completed the online financing request. The response to both were quick and cordial. I then made an appointment to come in to the dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Fred Beralus and introduced to Alex Marron. Both were genuinley excited and started by asking what my main concerns were in shoppig for a new car. We then went to check out several types of vehicles and settled on a test drive of a Dodge Journey. Before the drive, Fred explained not only the convenience features, but also the saftey features. To a single woman, this is very important. When we arrived back from the test drive, the usual paperwork began. Throughout all, this was a pleasant and relatively painless process. When we hit a snag, Fred then suggested a used vehicle of the same type. We had to wait quite a while for the key to this vehicle to be brought back and this, I would say, was the only "downer" of the day. Fred made good use of the time, however, getting me through the financing process. Robert David in the finance department prepared things quickly, all the while being both positive and entertaining, while remaining professional. Everything was explained thoroughly. Fred all the while was working to get the vehicle keys and then getting it detailed after the test drive. This is the most positive experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone, from the salesmen standing outside, to the cleaning woman inside, greeted me with courtesy and a smile. Confidence radiates in the employees at this dealership. I will surely be back when I need another vehicle! More

Bobby Barnett was my service advisor. I had a cruise control problem with my 2006 Sebring. It was misdiagnosed by a chain service company and another Chrysler dealership. The auto repair replaced a se control problem with my 2006 Sebring. It was misdiagnosed by a chain service company and another Chrysler dealership. The auto repair replaced a servo. The problem was not fixed. The other dealership changed a pcm for $700. The problem persisted. I came to Napleton and they correctly diagnosed the problem I was having. My main commendation goes to Bobby. He took a great deal of time researching the previous misdiagnosis from the other dealership. In addition, he was extremely knowledgeable and informed me that I should not have been charged for the pcm. It is covered under the Federal Emissions Warranty. He gave me the paperwork and information to go back to the original dealership and get that money refunded. I have never worked with someone so helpful and thorough. I will definitely take all of my maintenance issues to Napleton Chrysler and work with Bobby. I wish there were more people in the automotive business that are as dedicated to the customer as he is! I was in the market for a new Dodge Nitro. When I walked up to Napleton Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep I was greated by Victor Manuel. After some tough negotations we were able to work it out with the finance manager.
