By far the worst experience I have ever witnessed. Was sold a used 2003 Dodge Durango and was not told it had been in an accident. Repeated failures in the engine and AC where not covered in the shameful warranty and was deceptively "repaired" only to have found another problem which was overcharged and never fixed properly. Terrible service, excessive wait time for maintenance, shady explanations for malfunctioning parts and most of all, CHARGED WAY TOO MUCH for every diagnostic test and failed adjustment which totaled almost 8 grand in a spand of less than ONE year. Very dismissive attitudes. We will never purchase or do business with Napelton for as long as we live and we are utterly relieved to be rid of the money pit they sold us. This dealership does not behave like they are on the "customers" side. More
